Great place to stay for access to the Riverwalk & Alamo. Nice big rooms, bath a little small. Comfortable beds & pillows. Great outdoor HEATED pool. Nice breakfast. Pleasant staff. Small lobby bar and large gathering space.

Excellent customer service! All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly and the accommodations were great. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! I highly recommend!

I found a blood spot and hair on our bed. So discussion, I called the front desk and he was nice, apologized, and changed different room for us.

The room was just ok. I found what looked like splattered blood on the wall by the sink, feces on the wall and hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. There was also cereal on the floor left over from a previous guest. Blanket was stained and the bedside table had a dried white substance on it. Definitely needs to be cleaned better. I probably wouldn’t stay here next time.
