Hotel Minas Salvador

The rooms were dirty, they had no staff, the air conditioning didn't work, they put in a broken fan, the shower was shocking, we didn't even stay, we had to look for another hotel alternative to spend the night, in addition, the owner is very rude.

The room does not match the photo, the room in the photo had a TV, air conditioning and minibar, but when entering the room it did not have any of the items and to keep cool it only had a fan that did not have the part to close the fan. And upon arriving at the place, the receptionist said that he didn't have a contract with ********** and didn't want to do the hosting, so after a lot of conversation he let him stay. I don't recommend it to anyone, the parking lot that says on the website does not have it.

Upon arrival, the room was still being tidied and the bed linen was changed, the fan was not in the room, the television did not work, and the control did not work either. I couldn't change to a better room, because it was already full, but the one I stayed in wasn't very good.

The hotel is clean and tidy. There is no breakfast (included or not included), nor is there a restaurant or snack bar. Nothing to eat, not even mineral water. The client has to look for water or food on the street at night. Broken air conditioning not working in the room, old mattresses very soft. Bad bathroom. Service leaves a lot to be desired: indifferent staff.
