If you need a car, you can go directly to her. It was very convenient. The price was the same as taking a taxi in Beijing. It was good.

It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well. We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive. The Saipan to the hotel in the early morning was still raining. I called the boss in the early morning and found that the boss was Chinese and friendly. If you are looking for a hotel that has all the basic room amenities – aircon, mini frig, room safe, hot pot to make coffee/tea, free bottled water, free bathroom toiletries, ironing bd, hair dryer, etc that’s also clean, has lots of space, and in a great central location then this is the hotel for you. True you don’t get a swimming pool, beach access, gym and fancy restaurants but then you also don’t pay double the nightly rate that comes with staying at a resort hotel. In addition, as a person with limited mobility I loved the fact that at the Serenti there is a covered parking garage with a ramp in front of the lobby entrance, which means I don’t get soaking wet coming and going when it rains. The staff are all friendly and helpful - Sylvia at the front desk, the housekeepers, and the maintenance guys all made us feel welcome and at home. A big kudos to Serenti Hotel!

It’s in the pedestrian street, only three to five minutes away from Yuetai Hyatt, and it’s $30 by taxi from the airport to the hotel.
