They canceled my booking and didnt make any refund. Avoid if you don't want sudden surprise. After mail conversation they agreed to make a refund but then just gone and stop answering. I got lucky and found another hotel pretty fast, but this is just unacceptable attutude

This is the third time I stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time it was disappointing: I remember two years ago there were employees who spoke English, made my staying easier .but this time is different, it was difficult to communicate with them, I needed help but they couldn't help me properly (I orderd food through the reception instead of for 2 Coca-Cola, i got two bottles of water!!). The check-in was not satisfactory at all, I arrived at the airport and could not find the driver who was sent from the hotel and he was late, I texted the hotel and the answer was (DRIVER IN BLACK COAT ) withe capital letters! Im in shock. About breakfast, actually I paid it for two days but I only got one, so I want my money (750 rubles), and the coffee was cold! Apparently it's time to find another hotel on my next visit such of frustration, Im glad that i stayed 2 days instead of 4.

Хорошая, уютная гостиница, имеется парковка внутри двора. Завтра можно выбрать в номер или специальном месте приема пищи. Доступное место расположение отеля. Хорошие подушки. Снимали двухэтажный номер ( дети остались в восторге).

Очень удобное расположение. Чисто, уборка ведётся постоянно. Стильный интерьер. При раннем заезде можно оставить вещи до заселения, впрочем как и при позднем отъезде. Внимательный персонал. Буду рекомендовать друзьям и сам приеду ещё. Спасибо!

Добрый день. В целом это первый отель который настолько не понравился. Так как: Феном в номере не высушить даже хомяка. Нормальный фен выдают по запросу «когда он нужен», то есть заранее взять нельзя и надо стремглав после душа звонить на ресепшн и в полотенце ждать. Завтраки ужасно невкусные: водянистый кофе, все безвкусное, черствый хлеб (булкой можно играть в пейнтбол). Красивые названия в меню и несоответствующее исполнение. Ходили есть в другое место , хотя платили за завтраки в отеле. В номере запах пыли, не хватает свежего воздуха, кондиционер охлаждает, но ощущение спертого воздуха остаётся. Вентиляция в ванной номинальная, воздух не циркулирует, пахнет сыростью и мышами.

Добрый день! 🌞 Бронировали с подругой двухместный deluxe номер на несколько дней. От отеля остались одни положительные впечатления! Отель не большой, но соответствует всем ожиданиям современного туриста: - рядом с Московским вокзалом; - рядом метро Площадь восстания; - в центре города, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности; - рядом с отелем нет шумных клубов (это огромный плюс!!); - персонал вежливый; - внутри стильный интерьер, чисто; - кулеры с водой в коридорах; - завтраки сытные, возможен заказ в номер; - номера оборудованы кондиционерами; - в номере deluxe кофемашина, кофе капсульный, чайные принадлежности, есть кофе 3в1 (кто что больше любит); - в ванной все необходимые гигиенические принадлежности (ватные диски, ушные палочки, одноразовые зубные щетки и паста, бритва, шампунь, кондиционер, мыло); - фен (слабый, но это боль 80% всех отелей мира); - матрас удобный, 2 одеяла, подушки на выбор (большие и высокие, маленькие и низкие). Есть один минус - нет лифта, а значит чемоданы нести на второй этаж (не всем такое под силу даже в плане ограничений по возрасту или здоровью). Однозначно рекомендую!!! Если вернусь в Питер, то только в этот отель!!! 👍🩷

Один из немногих отелей, где хотелось бы остановиться вновь при посещении северной столицы. Удобное расположение на Невском, в паре минут ходьбы от метро, многочисленных ресторанов и кафе. Особая благодарность персоналу - внимательные, вежливые сотрудники были готовы уладить все возникающие вопросы. Бронировали номер категории комфорт на двоих - очень стильный, просторный, с высокими потолками и авторским дизайном. Сыну пришлись по душе широчайшие подоконники, куда можно было забраться и наблюдать за жизнью города. В ванной комнате полный набор средств гигиены, также предлагается на выбор халат - вафельный или махровый. Есть возможность заказать завтрак по своему вкусу из ближайшего кафе. В целом и общем очень спокойная, уютная обстановка, обслуживание на высочайшем уровне. Вернёмся к вам обязательно!

Достойный отель, удобное расположение относительно транспорта и туристических объектов. Остроумная система заказа и подачи завтраков, сами завтраки отличные. Уборка незаметная, но эффективная. Номера хорошие, с высокими потолками. Все на уровне, рекомендую

Otel küçük, standart odalar biraz basık, ama konumu mükemmel. Banyo küvetli, temizlik her gün yapılıyor. Odada kahve makinası var, kapsül her gün getiriliyor. Kahvaltı iki çeşit, birinde domuz jambon var, okuyamazsanız yersiniz ") Çaylar lezzetli, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili.Tam merkez olmadığı için sessiz ve sakin. Metro yürüme mesafesinde, fiyat performans oteli.
