Perhaps the main advantage of the hotel is its staff – from the risepshne, to the staff of the restaurant. Booked a romantic package. Improved standard room with roof view is beautiful. A pleasant surprise was the working jacuzzi bath. The heart of the rose petals on the whole bed touches the heart of any girl! The room has everything necessary, including tea and coffee ingredients that were filled in the morning. Breakfast in the atrium on the system Swedish table is ordinary. Something bright didn't impress. Although coffee was good and pleasantly rejoiced with freshly squeezed orange juice. At breakfast, what I saw a man in pants! For a city 5-star hotel it is unacceptable!!! Our package included dinner in a Japanese DNS restaurant. We didn't get to the restaurant – there was a birthday party and we were offered a separate beautiful room next to the atrium. Very beautiful and romantic. Dinner strictly on the proposed menu. As I understood, it included the cheapest dishes of all the range offered by the restaurant. The time was great, but the dishes were mostly not impressed. It needs to be worked on. In general, the rest was amazing and grateful to remember this hospitality hotel. At that time it was the best offer for price/quality among St. Petersburg's top 5-star hotels. All guests of the city and locals definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you, Emerald!!! It is necessary to come back.

I had heard very good feedback about this hotel and saw the nice pictures on the website. Rooms looked great, and I was looking forward to staying there. Unfortunately I did not know that the hotel has renovated and unrenovated rooms which are not only awful but also very very small. When I arrived, I was given a tiny room with shabby furniture that looked like it was from 1985. Never before have I been to a hotel where pictures and reality were further apart. Unfortunately the hotel seemed fully booked so that I could not change the room. I left the next morning to move to another hotel. I must say that such inconsistency in the quality of the rooms is a sign of a poorly managed hotel. Such rooms should be renovated, not offered at high prices to guests who will inevitably be disappointed. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are so many better options in St. Petersburg.

The hotel does not match the declared 5 stars. The bathroom with hair on the wall from the former residents, in room 2 bottles of water at 0.33 in plastic and it is necessary to actually ask for additional water, to Recepshin from the room it is impossible to call, no one can get a shoe tug and sponge for shoe care. There is no staff at the receptacle in the morning, evening and night. It took 5 minutes to wait for someone to appear in the hall from the staff. The whole hall of the first floor is smiling (indeed, ripping) of the staff who should be on the recipes all day. The most comfortable hotel in which I had to arrive 👍 1. Crazyly beautiful hotel : both outside and inside. Comfortable rooms. You can leave a wish for a bed on the site (one big or two single rooms). 2. Cleaning rooms every day (which doesn't happen everywhere). 3. The most cool feature is ordering breakfast in the room! Breakfast is incredibly tasty, large portions and a fairly large choice of dishes! On the reception you can leave your wishes for breakfast , by what time you can bring. Thank you for repeats for such a delicious breakfast! Rice cash as from childhood! Service also at height! 4. Location. Everything in the walking availability (to all the sights of the city you can walk, thus enjoy the atmosphere of St. Petersburg) 5. Enjoyable hotel staff! Only and small minus: 1.5 bedrooms, but it is again on the amateur. My husband and I sleep under one big one. But I think you can ask a big one on the resepshen. But again it is on the amateur. Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . I stayed at the Hotel Moskva in 1986 when I visited the former Soviet Union. Then Leningrad was the first city we visited on our Intourist tour. You couldn’t visit the Soviet Union as an independent traveler in those days. The rooms in the photos look almost exactly as they did when we stayed there. It is a HUGE hotel. I believe it was the largest in the world in 1986. Looks like a good place to stay if you want to taste the former USSR. Location is great—you can walk most anywhere, including the Hermitage Museum. When I was there, the hotel was strictly divided with rooms on one side for Western tourists and the other for Eastern block/Russian tourists. The goal was that the tourists from each side did not meet each other. Each side had its own restaurants/bars. You paid in rubles on one side and dollars on the other. We “sneaked” over to the Eastern block side and had champagne and caviar with some Russians. It was much more lively and fun than the Western side. If I go to St Petersburg again, I will definitely stay at the hotel! I gave it a 5 bc when I went there, it was one of the high class hotels of the day.

I will immediately tell the hotel definitely good, and for its 4 stars does a lot of things even 5 stars do not, so I recommend it exactly. It really is good everything (god breakfasts, service, rooms, etc.) all except for two things: I will speak at once, perhaps it is connected with the number 5 in which I lived (single normal). - Wifi - did not work, or worked disgustingly. It was necessary to download the presentation at 150MB. Switched almost an hour with breaks. - Noise from ventilation in the day (after 10 a.m. time). Very loud. At the level of the air conditioner at maximum capacity, or the old refrigerator. At my arrival, it was unlikely to be corrected in 3 days, so I hope the hotel will take it into work. At least ventilation from 12 if nothing can be done with noise.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and also within walking distance to Nevsky Prospekt, Winter Palace, Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and Kazan Cathedral. A taxi from Moscow Railway Station takes about 10 minutes. Better than the old five-star hotels in Moscow.

On January 9, 2022, I booked a room at the Kravt Nevsky Hotel& Spa through the Trip.com service, where I saw stunning photos of the spa center of the hotel. I come to Peter for one day. The purpose of my visit for one day from 12 to 13 January 2022 is to rest in the spa before further tour to Karelia. After booking, I call the SPA Center to register for massage, where I am told that the admission of the residents of the hotel is possible only on the day of departure on January 13 from 9 to 12am (at this time I will no longer be in the hotel). (On the official website of the hotel such information is true there!!) I wrote in support of Trip.ru to cancel the booking. Instantly received a response from the manager Maria that the refund is impossible, but they will do everything possible to fix the situation. The next day, Maria called me personally and reported that the hotel administration is ready to go to the meeting in such a negative situation and to provide an opportunity to visit the SPA complex on the day of arrival until the evening! The impression is completely corrected! I thank all the specialists for professionalism! I will use the app and further! )

Сервис хороший. Стало жарко - довольно принесли вентилятор, бесплатная камера хранения для гостей. Удобное расположение: всё рядом, в том числе и метро, и вкус вилл, пространство еды с большим выбором. Обязательно вернусь еще, и буду рекомендовать всем знакомым! В качестве пожелания: добавить крем для тела, ватные палочки и шапочку для душа- очень не хватало

Having read the previous reviews it was scary to settle, but because we booked the housing not we, it was not necessary to choose. First impression: huge pits before the central entrance. It would be a pity to drive in your car. A very friendly girl met us, registered quickly. We got 323 rooms. And here began miracles) We thought that we walked on the floor in dirty shoes, but it turned out that it was a unique design of laminate. Furniture tired. Happy clean, white sheets. In the bathroom there were shampoo and shower gel. Towels and vents in availability. Breakfast is quite scarce as for 4 stars. But, we found something to eat. For a rest I would not stop here clearly, but here to stay a night on the trip will go if you are an uncomfortable tourist.

Under it I mean the full set necessary for comfortable accommodation (and remote work): air conditioner, heating, refrigerator, good Wi-Fi, PC space, sufficiently spacious for two rooms, excellent street noise insulation, spacious and convenient for use of the sauna, cleanliness, excellent location, etc. In the general kitchen a large choice of dishes, you can heat food; Respension 24/7; elevator in the house is (hotel on 3rd floor). I will note separately the equipment of the bathroom: here there is (important!) a separate source of light above the shelves, a separate cosmetic mirror, hooks and shelves everywhere you can reach - for this huge plus hotel!! . And a towel dryer, which can be turned on and off, and a spacious shower cabin, which will not be close even very high and large. At the same time it does not flow and closes closely with a glass door, not a terrible plastic curtain. From the downsides: very hot batteries (if you like me can't live without fresh air and at temperatures more than 22 degrees Celsius, you don't need to), tough pillows but it's purely individual and quite strange mattress: it's like those, that with the memory effect (pretty unexpected for this price category hotel), and is not suitable for all. But it is also from the subjective category. In general, for its price, the option is practically perfect. Of course, there is no comparison with modern network hotels or expensive design mini-hotels (so I will never put ”five”), but also to be objectively especially to anything.

Good afternoon! With the best wishes I want to leave this review to the owners and staff of the entire hotel. Come on May weekend. Without any problems we were settled in the room late at night. The administrator is a nice girl, very attentive. The room was huge. A luxurious big bed, in which you instantly fall into a strong sleep. All necessary for a comfortable accommodation is: TV, WI-FI, coats, towels and other necessary things. Big windows at us went out to a nice yard. The food in the hotel is also good, it was delicious and diverse. And the most important thing is that on the taxi from the station to go minutes 4-5, and on foot we reached for 11 minutes with suitcases. In general, we remained satisfied with everything 100%. It is necessary that our choice in subsequent trips will remain on this hotel!

In June there was a trip with grandchildren to St. Petersburg. The house of Romanov is very comfortable home hotel. The room was all necessary. A small kitchen with tiles, teapot, chestnut and dishes that was very convenient with children. There is a children's room. Bed and bed linen are excellent. Staff are attentive, responsive and excellent at their work. The atmosphere in the hotel is shower, many interesting items in the interior. To the Moscow Station, the metro station and ground transport stop within 5-10 minutes. On the next trip to Peter we will stop again in the Romanov House
