Check in process take more than 20 minutes, tax is 4.50 euro per person which much higher than statad in Trip.com. The first room issue wrongly, we book for triple room but was given a double room. After we show the printed voucher then only the staf agree to change to triple room. He say the price we pay actually is for double room. Room are big and clean and comfortable.

The room was sweeter than we expected. We had to arrive at the hotel early and they allowed us to check in early. Thank you. There was plenty of closet space, a huge TV and clean sheets. The only problem was that there was a smell coming from the toilet and despite the ventilation, the smell did not go away from the room. Other than that, we had no problems. The location is close to the metro and you can quickly get to the center from there.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy, good front desk service, there is a subway around 10 minutes walk, and it is very close to the flea market, very convenient to get there!

Everything was great.
Point of note if using the hotel car park it is very tight and not suited to larger cars.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is located close to a metro station, and a short walk to numerous restaurants (the nearby pizzeria is a must), stores, and pharmacies.

Friendly helpful staff. Dislike a lot of roadworks around property, blocking pavement/pedestrian access. Dirty littered Streets/Roads near property.

Well located hotel 500m from the metro, breakfast and quality bedding.
Too bad we didn't have hot water for 24 hours with 3 children and this heat.
