Connectivity to charge electronics was poor in the room, and very few receptacles. The second day we were there the maid service skipped our room. The full breakfast could have been changed up a bit each day, and the in hotel restaurant was exclusively Thai food, which is good, but a restaurant with more variety would have been better.

Nice hotel just a little dated but very clean. They are currently doing renovations to update. Wonderful hot breakfast!! Probably the best free breakfast we’ve had at a hotel.

Check in took 1.5 hours, cleaning guy was at the front desk for after 11 checkin, he had no idea how to use a computer.
Normal desk guy was asleep in one of the rooms, or so i could figure out.
They finally found him and i checked in, after telling him i was not impressed he basically said too bad.
I would never stay at this hotel again.

Pool was closed, nothing on their website. Hallway walls looked like they were flooded so they made an attempt to slap some boards over them. Toilet was pushed so far back and under a counter, if you were sitting, you HAD to lean way forward.
I will say tho, the Thai restaurant was money!!!!

Check-in is very slow. There was only 2 guests in front of me and I wait for 30 minutes. My check-in took more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why! The concierge found the reservation from ******* right away and still was very slow to get the keys. Try to arrive early if you have an appoin**ent.
