Very convenient for the Eurostar. Right next to the Bruxelles Midi train station for Eurostar connections and other international trains. Good sized clean, twin room, comfortable bed, bath and shower. Lift to upper floors. No meals taken so unable to comment on them or hotel facilities as booked at very last minute. due to train cancellations and was a short one night stay. Notes: hotel is on a busy main road so inevitable traffic noise. As of March 2024 hotel is undergoing major renovations to the old building. The impressive facade is sadly covered in scaffolding and plastic so there are no views out of windows and the main lobby looked rather unreconstructed. No construction work on weekends so interior quiet but building work noise will be expected on weekdays. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. An ideal place to stay for an early departing or late arriving train. NB busy Sunday market opposite and right next to bus station and tram station.

All the things are okey but the bathtub when i took bath all water filled inside the tub and the hotel cleaning is not good like wooden floors etc

Our experience with this hotel was so bad. There were construction noises, the sound of people arguing outside of our hotel room. The heater also didn’t work, dirts and dusts literally everywhere and our room also smelled like dirty socks. And please take note that you will be charged with extra fee if you check in with an extra person even if the person is a child.

The hotel overall is great with the facilities and it is easy to get around to the city area

The hotel was under construction and had a plumbing smell. They gave us a room that was not very clean, the wallpaper was peeling off and did not correspond to a 3-star hotel. The biggest problem came at night, that the roof was leaking and since it was raining, it rained on our faces, soaking some of our clothes. They changed our room because it was impossible to sleep. But they have been unable to refund my money for a totally defective room. I hope they solve it and at least for the bad night the financial part is returned to me.

Hotel was under renovation. Room was a bit moist. Heater was good though. Service at reception was excellent.

Établissement miteux. Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre et découvert des punaises de lit, suite à quoi nous avons demandé un remboursement. Chose refusée par la propriétaire. Évitez cet établissement

Nous avions commandé une chambre avec un lit double et en arrivant après 1000 kms la personne de l accueil nous informe qu il y avait plus de chambre a lit double Nous avons dormi dans une chambre avec deux lits Sympathique le week-end…. De plus l hôtel est en travaux ,il fait très froid dans l immeuble les chambres sont très basiques la climatisation est en panne et la salle de bain est d époque ( baignoire cassée,joints salle et creux et la porte de wc est coulissante ,merci l intimité !!! Bref pour le prix on s attendait à beaucoup mieux Un conseil si vous voulez passer un petit moment avec votre moitié, évitez le Jerome
