Really beautiful place to stay, service was great. We enjoyed the lake view room a lot. Only problem was the room didn't have a microwave or water heating kettle which ****** cause we have a baby and needed to warm his food and sterilize his bottles which we couldn't. Other than that this is a perfect get away for couples.

Our second stay here and planning our third. Excellent customer service. Staff very friendly and courteous. Food was as we expected: delicious. All inclusive offer was exactly that: all inclusive, no going into your pocket for extras. All arrangements are planned as you expect them to be.

It was our second stay and it was as excellent as the first stay even better, since the first time was during Covid. We stayed in a four bedroom cottage a little bit outside of the hotel. It was our family reunion and all together we were 7 adults staying in the cottage and also in a hotel regular room ( the cottage can accommodate 7 people but since it has two bathrooms for a little more comfort we decided to have an extra room and extra bathroom as well). The cottage was clean and spacious with beautiful lake view and a large balcony, fireplace and a fire pit outside. We really enjoyed staying there with our extended family. The hotel service was excellent, every night at our dinner time ( our package included breakfast and a five course dinner) they made a large table for our group of 7 people beautifully. The food was very good in diner and breakfast. The hotel activities was enjoyable particularly in the fall time, including outdoor hot tub and heated outdoor pool. They provided a complimentary boat tour over the lake with amazing colourful trees in the fall time. I like to especially appreciate Mélanie efforts for arranging a little surprise for my wife since it was our 30th anniversary. I just contacted by email and asked for anything that they can do for our anniversary. She managed to order a beautiful flowers banquet, and put it in the cottage before our arrival alongside with a bottle of sparkling wine and some delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The was a beautiful family moment for us. We definitely come back next year, maybe with a larger group of family and friends spire of this fact that hotel is very far from us in Toronto.

The week before our weekend stay I received a call from the hotel telling me I had not reserved a time slot for our included 5 course meal diner. There were no mentions in any communications that we had to reserve, since there were only limited availabilities left we took one of the very last (19h45) available spots. At check in, the clerk told us us we hadn't reserved our Sunday brunch time slot, which once again was never mentionned (even on the call the week before. They said they were booked full for the brunch, which we weren't happy about, and explained no one had told us we had to reserve our meals ahead of time. The senior staff member told a coworker, right in front of us: "see, this is what it's like working at the front desk" I thought this was very rude as we stayed polite during the transaction. They offered us an 8h00am brunch which we refused and after some searching they were able to get a 9h30 slot which was more than acceptable. The 5 course diner included in our stay was less than average, I've had better for alot less. The food was bland and tasteless the entree was clearly made ahead of time and had been left in a refrigirator (most likely). The main course was good as was the desert. The sunday brunch however is definitely worth it. The rooms are average at best. The bedding and bathroom are pretty standard, nothing fancy. The spa area is nice. Overall, in my taste, definitely not worth the money (I had a gift certificate that covered 3/4 of the price of the room package and still feel like it was too expensive. I would definitely not go back.

Lovely Hotel. Room was clean and very modern. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the bathroom was very dated. We had a lovely boat trip around the lake. Very peaceful location. Food was great in the restaurant. Amazing wine selection. Very friendly staff.

We had a very nice 3 night stay at the Manoir with the spa package. Excellent spa treatments, 7 each included in the price. Their staff are very caring and professional. Then facial was the best I've ever had as well as the 90 minute hot stone massage. Our room was an Executive suite and beautiful with a view of the fall colors across the lake. The chef is very talented with delicious seasonal food on the menu for dinner. The veal saddle with local wild mushrooms and truffle was off the charts great. Although both the breakfast and lunch are buffet it is fine. The quality is high. Already booking for next year at the same time.

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at Manoir du Lac William. It’s a beautiful location, about a 2 ¼ hour drive from Montreal. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the Nordic Spa facilities. The food was excellent at every meal, both gourmet dinners and buffet breakfasts. We both noticed the friendliness of all staff and how well all facilities were maintained. My partner received an excellent deep massage as well. We would definitely go back to Manoir du Lac William. NOTE: We stayed there during the peak summer period when there were lots of motor boats, jet skis, and float planes using the lake; although we were still able to enjoy kayaking and stand-up paddle board activities by avoiding the main channels.

Attentive services from courteous and often cheerful staff. The place is really well kept and everything is exemplary clean. The care always meets our expectations. My partner really enjoyed getting to know the Nordic spa.
