Rugby North (Newbold)

The staff were very helpful. In the breakfast kitchen, it was no trouble to cook to order if needed. Rooms tidy. We asked for connecting rooms and the booking was changed to suit. The lower star on 'sleep quality' is down to me rather than the bed.

The whole stay was brilliant. From check in to having a great all you can breakfast in the morning. Rooms were spotless and newly refurbished. Plenty of on site parking Good food served in the harvester next door. 10/10 for this hotel. Definitely will stay again.

The site staff and venue were great throughout however all of their efforts were let down due to a chav wedding party causing havoc at 3am continuously shouting swearing and holding car horn down constantly leading me to initially believe there had been a car crash.. I guess the group was intimidating and therefore hard for the one or two staff on site to deal with.. but when you’re paying money to take exams early the next morning you expect to get the sleep you are advertised

Stayed for 2 nights for work location was 20mins from where I needed to be but the Premier Inn was above expectations highly recommended. Shame about the poor level off WiFi even after purchasing the extra WiFi is was still not the best but I got done what I needed to do.

I really liked this hotel! Easy to find, good free parking and cctv. Clean reception and rooms and well appointed. Super handy for visiting the local area, and had a retail park 2 minutes away with options to get food and supplies. The only weird thing was a lack of staff - I waited in reception for over 5 minutes before anyone came to check me in, the girl didn’t know how to add on the WiFi to the booking (I did it myself online so it wasn’t really an issue) and in the morning there was no one at breakfast to greet or seat you, only the chef. I asked a cleaner and she just told me to help myself to the breakfast. The lack of staff didn’t retract from my stay at all - I would definitely stay here again, but just worth mentioning.

We were visiting family in the area and had stayed in this hotel before. It is going through an upgrade and we were fortunate enough to given a Premier Plus room for no extra charge. It was extremely comfortable and well appointed

I was aware the hotel was under renovation at time of booking so that was no surprise to us when we arrived. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I’m sure once fully renovated this will be a 5/5 hotel
