為啥給一分，是因為前台和保安的態度及服務。
從來沒這樣評價過任何酒店。
給超低分是想提醒酒店以後應該怎樣對待住客。
花錢來住店，不是來當受氣包的。
明明有停車位，不給停車，説是留給
另外的住客。
都是住店，就都應該公平對待。
既然要留給其他人，也應該給我們找地方停車，從而解決問題。
從來沒遇到過這樣的情況。
