Hotel was lovely nice and clean well welcomed Good service. Room was spacious and well kept. Nice area lots to do, shops only a short walk away filled with bars & restaurants, plenty of choices from coffee shops to snack bars Lovely area just outside to chill out and relax

This hotel was booked by the tour company and we were here two nights at the end of our tour. This is not a four star hotel by any standard, unless you are only factoring in the fact that the room is large and that there was A/C in the room. An older hotel, although from the onset you wouldn’t think so. The front lobby is not necessarily accessible, as you have to climb a large flight of stone steps to get through the front door, once inside the front entrance there is a small ramp beside the stairs to pull your luggage up. The reception in the morning are friendly enough, but don’t bother trying to get any assistance from the evening desk attendant, she was rather rude and was not interested in helping at all - we had an issue with an Uber Eats order (we asked to meet them outside and they never arrived after 40 minutes of waiting so we decided to go back to the room and try calling the restaurant and we just said to the front desk that we had an Uber order that may be delivered in case they showed up and she just shook her head covered her ears with her hands and said “no no not her problem that she does nothing with it”) I wasn’t asking her to do anything with the order just that it might be delivered. But anyways, back to the rooms, it’s not your typical room size it is larger then what you would expect from a hotel in Europe. Relatively clean, fixtures in the bathroom were old, the stand up shower stall was tiny and the doors were broken. The shower head was loose and came off when I turned it on, spraying the entire bathroom with water. The double bed was really two twins pushed together. Location is horrible, it’s far from transit and you can’t access the main parts of Rome easily. It’s down a lane way and difficult to find and the street itself is narrow and dark. There is a restaurant downstairs, but the food was horrible and took forever. The breakfast was your typical breads, cheese and cold cuts. And again, even the staff in the restaurant were rude and weren’t keen on providing service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even if you’re on a budget.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The hotel space is very large, the noise is too much, the staff service attitude is good, the breakfast choice is much more than the four-star hotel, the city tax per person per night is 7 €, quite expensive!

Not far from the Angel Castle and the Vatican. There are also some small supermarkets and large supermarkets around, which can meet temporary needs. There are several restaurants on the way to the attractions, but the taste is difficult to eat, salty and fresh, or it is poor attitude, English is lame, and Italian is not standard. The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Compared with the same nh hotel, the hardware is good, the bathroom is very good, there is a foot basin, there are many towels, and 2 TVs and a small living room. Daylight is also sufficient, and internal light is also available. Breakfast was okay and there were many varieties. Cheese had local characteristics, but no ham. The drink is too sweet. Come to the airport, the rental price is too expensive, the bus is cheap, but the service is very poor, there is no service in Italy. Very similar to the front desk.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this place is..the views are outstanding, the service exemplary, the food outstanding and the rooms so large, clean and modern. But most of all the staff was outstanding in every way. They made us feel more like family than guests. Giovanni, Dario and Magda become more friends and family than employees and this is all driven by the owner Joao, who himself welcomed us on our fist day and was serving us food on the beautiful terrace. I cannot recommend this beautiful boutique hotel enough...its a 5 star hotel on the highest hill in Rome. this is where we stay from now on when we go to Rome...with our new friends, Dario, Giovanni, Magda and Joao!..Thanks you so much for an unforgettable anniversary vacation!

Location is good and easy to go around. Very near train station which makes this hotel superb. Air-conditioning needs to inform counter to make the room more comfortable, but they get it done. The room is comfy, but not the cleanest. Breakfast is good, there is enough spread to make yourself very full and well hydrated. If I ever come back to Rome, I would stay there again. For the price, cannot complaint
