Serventi Longhi Rooms

My arrival in Rome was rushed, since my flight was delayed and I arrived at Termini at 10pm, despite everything the lady at the hotel sent me instructions to enter via WhatsApp. It is a nice location with the wall behind...... 20 blocks from the Coliceo, you can get there easily by walking or by subway (it is 10 meters away) or by bus which is also 100 meters away at most. I had 5/5 days with a flood so I was saved by having a pizzeria right next door, very delicious and a Burger King too (which provided us with wifi so we could notify the hotel that we arrived. Returning to the hotel, we liked that it has coffee and tea complete courtesy and amenitis. Excellent

Very well located, next to the San Giovanni metro station and several bus lines. The room was very comfortable, well soundproofed compared to the others. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. The attention of the staff was very good. I recommend it and would repeat it without hesitation.

Very bad experience. Unfortunately I can only evaluate the inefficiency of the structure as upon our arrival no one welcomed us and no one responded to our attempts to contact the structure, thus leaving us without accommodation. Hours later, a certain Mrs. Anita responded in an arrogant and rude manner, stating that she didn't owe anyone an apology and that our reservation didn't appear to her, even though we had provided screenshots of a confirmed and paid booking. You have to be very careful about the double-dealing of these crafty people who gamble away reservations, perhaps reserving them for the highest bidder! Shame!

Siamo stati con mia moglie per il fine settimana del 2 giugno scorso e abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza molto positiva: il B&B è centralissimo, accanto alle mura della famosa piazza S.Giovanni (dove fanno i concertoni del 1° maggio), con la fermata Metro proprio accanto al portone. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima, con un bagno grande e il tutto super accessoriato. Check in e check out sono stati telecomandati roboticamente, per cui non abbiamo incontrato nessuno della struttura, a parte la signora delle pulizie. Le uniche due pecche, se così si può dire, riguardano la rumorosità delle stanze (almeno della 4, dove eravamo noi) che danno sul piazzale Appio, una zona trafficatissima, soprattutto forse nei giorni della Festa della Repubblica, con ambulanze e sirene che passano appena sotto la finestra, disturbando il sonno notturno e soprattutto quello mattutino. L'altra cosa che avremmo gradito leggermente diversa è la colazione... Già il fatto che essa non sia servita nella stessa struttura è un problemino per chi intende tornare in bagno -almeno per lavare i denti...- prima di uscire per passare l'intera giornata in giro; ma, nel caso specifico, la colazione, per carità, sufficiente e buona, era servita in un bar dall'altro lato della piazza (lato via Sannio), dove per arrivare dovevi attraversare tre strade principali ed aspettare quattro semafori! Detto ciò, il B&B vale pienamente la cifra richiesta, e noi lo raccomandiamo senza alcun dubbio.
