Breakfast is good! Staff is nice, with good smiles !

Except that they had a wifi unavailable for the moment, I liked staying there. The room was big and ceiling was high. I feel comfortable staying in the hotel.

We like the hotel especially the room with a small yard.

The hotel is small but very good. It has everything you need. It has a lot of charm. There is a terrace to have breakfast and you can go out to it at any time, in fact you can have a coffee or tea and some sweets whenever you feel like it at no additional cost. It's quite a detail. They gave us a classic room, and the mattress on the bed sank a little, but we said so the next day and they changed our room to a better, higher category and larger room. Very friendly reception staff. Unbeatable hotel location, 2 minutes from Plaza España and 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. You can walk to the main tourist attractions, except the Vatican, which is a 45-minute walk away. But the metro is located in Plaza España, a 3-minute walk away. If I return to Rome, I will repeat, without a doubt

Loved the quirkyness of this hotel, everything was perfect and the location is excellent.

We stayed in a junior suite. It was a decent size but there were no seperate area. King bed and twin beds were all in the same room. Location of the hotel was very central. It was also easy to get Ubers/Taxis. We stayed at other properties in Rome before where streets were too tight for cars to get in. Our room was also quite at night.

This sweet boutique hotel between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain is a welcoming spot with rooms big enough for four. Our stay included dinner on the hotel terrace, and we were the only ones there, so we had our own personal waiter/bartender. Breakfast bar is varied and abundant. Staff was helpful and friendly.

A very sweet place to stay in the heart of Rome! Their staff greeted us at the door and were very accommodating. Their continental breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about this place. Walking distance to the Trevi fountain and many delicious restos!

Not like the pictures on the web site. VERY VERY NOISY. Got no sleep. Staff is very noisy, chatter at front desk, street noise, breakfast noise, housekeeping noise. Very poor layout. Rooms are between front desk and breakfast/bar area. I would not stay again and I would not recommend. Way way overpriced. ******* should drop this site.

Charme Spagna was one of the highlights of our trip and provided a cozy and relaxing environment while my wife and I stayed in Rome. The location is second to none, you are in the middle of Romes city center. 5 min walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi, 8ish minute walk to the Pantheon, 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum, and 6 mins from 2 different Metro stations. As well as being surrounded by great restaurants and gelaterias, it is the best for maximizing your stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Claudia and the rest of the staff will help you with anything and with a welcoming smile. All in all a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend and stay again!
