The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The breakfast was just okay, and the room was quite small. It's fine for a short stay. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and their English was good.

The hotel overall was decent, but there were a few inconveniences. The biggest issue was the lift. you have to walk up some stairs first before even reaching it, and the lift itself is very small, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, especially with luggage. On the positive side, they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch. However, the coffee machine in my room (Room 25) was not working, which was disappointing.

Great service, clean room, perfect locations and the coffee and tea services at the lounge were our favorite things about this hotel. We had such a nice stay here.

Great location, within a 5-10 minute walk to all the attractions. The breakfast was incredibly rich and I highly recommend it. The room was very clean, water was complimentary, and we even received a small Christmas gift. Really fantastic, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Charme Spagna Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, walking distance to so many must-visit sites in Rome including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. There were also endless dining and shopping options nearby which made exploring so easy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially assisting me with my luggages and getting everything up to my room. As a solo traveler with heavy bags and flights of stairs, that level of help was truly appreciated after a long travel day. The room was always very clean, and I was also able to check in hours earlier than the standard check-in time, which made such a difference after traveling. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for the hospitality!

The hotel has the nicest staff and makes you feel right at home. The location is great, in the city center but quiet enough for a break. Best experience❤️❤️❤️

Except that they had a wifi unavailable for the moment, I liked staying there. The room was big and ceiling was high. I feel comfortable staying in the hotel.
