Room was much smaller than anticipated and bathroom cma barely stand inside. Water flow not good. Room lighting little dim. Lady who checked us in was older and very nice. Location is A

The hotel is actually a converted apartment in a turn of the 20th century tenement house. As it is located just two blocks away from Roma Termini railway station it was a very convenient place for a short stay on my way from Perugia back home. It is also a convenient place if you want to visit Rome, enough far away from the historical centre for the price to be reasonable but not quite as far as to make walking downtown impossible (e.g. the Quirinale is 20 minutes away on foot, you can take a bus from Termini or the metro but it will be more or less the same). There is a kettle and a fridge in the room if you need to have a snack or simple breakfast but there are five restaurants on the way to the station so you will not be hungry (and a supermarket at the station if you want to save).

It is not a Hotel exactly, are rooms only. Instructions for self-check in should be sent in advance, with more time before the check-in. It is an economical, simple and clean option in Rome.

Ho apprezzato la perfetta pulizia, la qualità della biancheria e la comodità rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metro. Migliorabili il letto e i dispenser del bagno. Purtroppo la camera non è ben isolata dai rumori della strada sottostante. Gentilissima la padrona di casa
