Apparently there was a problem with the room we had planned to stay in that morning, so we were changed to the affiliated Academia Hotel.
As a result, we were upgraded, and the room was renovated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, the location was good, and it was a very good stay!
The only disappointment was that the smell of the drainage rose up and made the bathroom smell bad.
We managed to endure it by turning on the ventilation fan and opening the window, but it would be better if they could improve it.
Also, this is not the hotel's fault at all, but since it was right next to the Trevi Fountain, I was looking forward to going to see it early in the morning when it was quiet, but unfortunately the fountain was stopped due to renovation work, and it was obvious that construction was underway, which was disappointing.
Thanks to this, I think I will have another opportunity to come to Rome. I would like to use your services again when I do.

After 5pm there is no way to check in, and they do not issue any notification to know the procedure, to check in you have to walk 10 minutes to another hotel! Otherwise well…

I've stayed several times and I'm familiar with the front desk staff. The service is still very good. The room is relatively small. Anyway, it's okay to live alone. After all, the location and price are good.

Great location, we didn't try the breakfast as it was served in another hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Small room, especially the bathroom, which didn't quite reflect the image they gave. Dirty shower, carpet and bedspread, walls not in optimal condition. However, it has a mini fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning and safe, convenient to have in the room.
