The receptionist was unwelcoming to me and my class. He would not let us walk around the Hotel at night, saying that we couldn’t leave our rooms. Not only that, if we did, he would start chasing us, saying stuff like “Mister, come here”, and “What is your room number”, in a very disrespectful tone. As if that was not enough, after running to our rooms, he would start BANGING on the door and ringing the bell, screaming for us to come outside. In the event that we did in fact come outside, he would burst inside our rooms, acting as if that was normal, which made us really uncomfortable. Nonetheless, the breakfast was OK. There was not much variety, but it was decent. The location of the hotel is not that good, seeing as you will not be able to walk to most famous places, seeing as you’re not really in the centre. However, there is a metro station close buy, which helps with the logistics of travelling. PS: The decoration was a bit off putting, but I personally didn’t have any problems with cleaning, quite the opposite. We had fresh towels every day and the room was cleaned every morning.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever been in! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, specially Rohit. The room was extremely big and very beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The location is perfect and it’s next to the center of the city which is perfect! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Breakfast was good too with a decent selection. The hotel manager, Rohit, was especially helpful during my stay. As I was travelling alone, he helped me with finding the nearest Metro station and local supermarket, as well as places to visit. He's kind, caring and always ensures to look after his guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome for the first time.

Sadly was not great,we simply stayed out all day used hotel for just sleeping,definitely not 4 star, in fact would struggle to give it a 1 star,breakfast was shocking served in a summer house on terrace watched one of the cleaning staff get a coffee and extinguish her cigarette in one of the cups used for the guests,hotel was in a area that a lot of people would of found uncomfortable walking around at night graffiti everywhere,,no shops near by for snacks ,it was meant to be a special weekend, for my wife’s birthday I taken a load of pictures and I’ve sent them to easyJet holidays because we’re absolutely shocked at the condition. We were only there for three days, I can’t believe easyJet holidays actually sponsored this is one of their destination hotels. We don’t normally moan or complain about anything but I just feel for the money we paid. We didn’t get great value, for the reception staff I can’t fault them although we seem to be charged at check out tourist tax at £7 each per night which was a shock when we had to pay €50 when checking out, I’d like to know if anyone else had experienced this, I was just shocked at the condition of the room and I’m not going tooexaggerate I’ll put some pictures up, but we managed to do everything we planned to do just the hotel spoil it. I think you would find better hotels, probably nearer the main attractions

Positive is location and helpfulness of the staff. Seedy neighborhood but walkable and close to public transportation and adjacent neighborhoods with nice restaurants and shopping.. Could walk to the Colisseum. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay. Overall rating was closer to a 3.

It was alright. Definitely not 4 stars. Tiny room. A bit dusty in the corners. Not the best area but easy to walk to most places. The 2 breakfast girls were standing in the corner smoking and then re arranging the breakfast buffet. Not the most room for sitting and enjoying a breakfast.
