Very friendly and helpful staff. We had two twin beds, the room is big enough and clean. Hotel is close to all attractions, metro station and Rome terminal.

The hotel doesn’t look at all like the in the pictures. The hotel is very small and dated. But what was really shocking is the room - it looked like they closed a balcony with a thin cascade walls, meaning we could hear very clearly what’s happening in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms. Luckily there wasn’t a lot of noise.
The draining in the shower was terrible. We needed to pause the shower so the water could fully drain.
The staff were fine, and the room was cleaned.
But in general it felt that its not the hotel we booked. We would not come back.

根本不是酒店，是民宿，特別不好找。衞生巨差，地板特別破，很臟很臟。有蜘蛛和蜘蛛網。一股煙味，床品也是灰灰的。窗户封死的，來不了。我們定的房間面朝馬路，巨吵，窗户不隔音。晚上有人在街上大吼大叫。千萬別住這個酒店，雖然入住小哥有幫我們弄行李，但也是他搞錯了，讓我們換來換去的。第二晚我們都沒住就去別家了，太掃興了。

第一天去入住的時候告訴我他們家有兩個地方，帶我去了之後發現位置不錯，在地鐵站旁邊，不過住了三天一直有一股黴味，而且並不是酒店，而是民宿公寓那種，房間與照片完全不符，出來玩很累了，沒那心情投訴，現在想起來真的是此行十天最差的一個住宿
