Power was out. No backup generator. Expect a refund or No Charge. Booked at an alternate hotel 30 miles away.

Love this hotel after a long day on the road. Nice separation so my husband can go to sleep early and I can stay up on the couch watching tv. Great condition hotel. He used the hot tub and said it was good. No complaints at all

Our stay at Springhill Suites Lumberton was very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to drivers as it is located off 95. Nice stopping point midway between NY area and Florida. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, such a nice warm breakfast provided; Trish greeted us as she prepared breakfast for all.

Right off the interstate. Refrigerator was not working when we got to our room, had to call maintenance so it took a while for it to get cold. Only an average rating for the mattress. Love the layout of the room.

Very clean & excellent service.
ADA accommodations terrific.
Dont count on breakfast though...no scrambled eggs, no bananas or fruit of any kind. Coffee was very good, unless you would like a cup after 10am, then you're SOL.

Great property, Right off I95. Clean, nice rooms. Staff is always professional and pleasant. Great stay for our annual trip down to Florida.

The staff was awesome! Very helpful and nice. The pool and jacuzzi were not clean. Water was cloudy and greenish. Jacuzzi had white stuff floating in it. The bed coverlet was old and yellowed, needed to be replaced. The AC unit sounded like a train when it ran so I turned the temperature so it would not run. The whole experience was substandard.
Coffee was available early am. I did not stay for breakfast.
