房子很乾凈，晚上很安靜，停車非常方便，樓下晚上有夜宵燒烤，一條街上都是吃飯的地方，離海邊很近，地下停車很方便，有免費停車券

1.衞生間裏巨臭，不知道什麼原因，開着通風一晚上味道還是散不去
2.衞生間熱水器底下還有上個住客留下的用過的浴巾
除了以上兩點，別的都挺好的。洗漱用品包括浴巾啥的都是一次性的 很衞生。

環境優美，交通便利，入住時還有個小美女引導，樓
下就有個很大的惠新地下超市，吃飯購物很方便，買
海鮮還可以加工，停車有收費的停車場和免費的停車
場房間帶投影儀，裝修和設施比較新穎，衞生也幹
凈，這次住宿體驗很好，下次還會再來! 真的好好

第一次寫評論，簡直是垃圾中的垃圾，大家千萬不要來這住，首先：剛進門一次性用過的浴巾還在浴室，衞生垃圾，第二天打擾衞生的時候連房間的西瓜皮都不給你帶走，保潔也是合作的。其次：酒店連個門頭都沒，根本找不到，也沒前台，住宿還得先發自拍照，就一個網絡客服愛搭不理，服務態度極差。最後：非常不安全，也不登記住宿人數，也沒人監管，就是一個網絡平台，給你指定那個房間你就住哪，剩餘不管。到店續住比你提前連定還要便宜，就是個坑。雖然有個廚房但啥櫥具都沒。兩晚800住一肚子氣！那些好評的為了5元返現良心不痛麼？？？

上一次住的就是築家體驗特別好，所以這次選擇的時候也特意選了築家。但這也是第一個差評。15：40辦理的入住，16：11洗澡發現沒水，問了才告知停水到16：40，此時我朋友洗澡已經洗到一半了，想着就半個小時就等等吧，結果一直到五點還沒來，問了讓等，17：46還沒來，此時我們已經急了，因為我們還要趕着去下面的行程，總不能從海邊回來一身鹽泥的就出去玩吧。後來説水務局在搶修，又過了近一個小時才來水，洗漱完，天已經黑了，後來的行程衹進行了一部分，體驗非常不好，我們衹來日照兩天一夜，你們停水我們也可以理解，但為什麼不提前告知？？我們也好重新安排行程，我們辦理入住的時候也沒告知，等我們自己發現了才説？你們的失誤，為什麼讓消費者自己來買單？別人期盼好久的旅行，憑什麼就這樣給耽誤？
公寓裏設施也有沒裝好的。
停車場衹有一次最長時間的免費。
