Meral Crown Hotel

I arrived late at night and checked in, handing over my credit card. As soon as I’d done so I remembered that booking.com had taken my full Payment at Point of booking even showing the receptionists my bank debit notice. The hotel said they had not received the money from booking.com and tried telling me that booking.com hadn’t taken my money. There was no apology or concern that they might be in the wrong at the hotel and they were rushing me through the check in process so I demanded time to call booking.com Fifteen minutes later booking.com confirmed they HaD taken full payment and that the hotel was wrong to take the money again. Booking.com said they would call the hotel while I stayed on line. I then watched something out of a Fawlty Towers sketch as the receptionist pretended he could only speak Arabic and he said “no speak English” when he’d been talking English to me for the previous ten minutes. Booking.com refunded me and the hotel blissfully oblivious to the fact I’m fuming !! Trust me! I will not be back here in a hurry. That’s atrocious customer service whenever in the world you are. I feel cheated, lied to and not one single apology from any of the men on the front desk tonight. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I certainly wouldn’t employ any one of you.
IRIS BOUTIQUE GRANADA

I am glad I booked this hotel for my last trip to riyadh as I was supposed to visit granada business park and it’s at 5 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is small and team is friendly especially the Chef at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is small but They can whip up eggs as you like or serve you crepes or waffles as well. Wi-Fi is slow though so you may have problems in holding those video calls after hours. Staff is new and mostly cater to domestic tourists so some times struggle with what you say which you expect them to know in any other hotel. E.g: it took 4 ppl to understand that I am asking them to keep my bag with the concierge at the time of check out 🤣 All in all a good choice if you are looking for a place to stay near Granada business park
Melissa Hotel Riyadh

A person named Dosri claims to be the owner of the Melisa Hotel, and I was expelled, despite being told about my temperature rise and my poor health status, and I have a proof that the foreign worker prefers more than his Saudi Muslim son, whatever God does, to excuse the patient from prayer and prayer (not to the patient). And a few days later, I was treated badly and everything was recorded, and I paid 30 nights before I slept, and I got to the sewage, not to sue because I took medicines, and that hurt me, he didn't take care, he denied everything, even though the camera recordings and the sounds were there, and he threatened me with mercy. But the great God asked him to see it in his health and his money, to control him, and to attack people, even though I was a slept on the recommendations of doctors, the treatments, and the temperature. After all this conversation, the worker said, ”Saving, Saving, Saving, a clean month, and that's not true because it's cleaned up more than once in the last few weeks. The worker and good obedience is directed by your Saudi Muslim brother, Lee, who is dried in front of you, and his health is a gifted collapse from the first door? After a month, he paid you, and he got the spine not to wake him up and take care of his health, but God and yes, his agent.
Madareem Hotel

One of my best stays in Riyadh. Beautiful, spacious property, with a big gym, sauna/steam/cold bath, and multiple pools. My room was also spacious, overlooking a garden. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Wifi across the whole property, but sometimes it was a little slow in my room.
