Dear Sir. Joven of Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa, I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during our recent stay at Canyon Cove Hotel And Spa. You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Great experience and warm service and very clean room and shower room. The weather is great and the light and decorations makes a romantic atmosphere in the night. You can have two different feeling wither in the day and night. Very relax trip.

Tremendously enjoyed our family trip at CaSoBe. Location is quite far, but the trip is worth it. Hotel and facilities are clean. Service is great. The only downside we experienced was that the room vault was malfunctioning. The staff were very helpful to attend to our concern. The best features of the place would be the Aquaria Water Park and the beach.

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

We booked to join friends as we were in Mabini area. Website talks about a luxury resort with a long list of amenities and activities. Well done photos make look like it has a lovely sand beach. No such thing. The sand is grey and is on a platform before getting to the sea. Some pebbles and mostly broken and eroded coral. Reality is somewhat different from luxury. Bling- bling small resort who tries hard to do everything but doesn’t do any very well. Rooms were comfortable for a 2-3star and had been renovated , but the advertised « sea view » was through a smallish side window. For all rooms. Plumbing needs rework. But a full minibar at decent prices was a nice amenity. Staff was generally nice, but generally lacking training and direction. Food comes from a rather basic and not very hygienic small kitchen and takes a long time to be delivered to either restaurant or other places. However, they will serve you anywhere you want in the resort, which is nice. Overall all staff very pleasant and accommodating. Food itself was very average and many items not available. At times the staff returned 2-3 times to say sorry not available. Huge portions made for 4-5 persons resulted in a lot of wastage. Probably better suited for Filipino families, like the rest of the resort. Definitely not for well traveled foreigners. At each meal staff gave us some complimentary drinks, which was nice, although not needed. Dive was OK, but diving center is a joke. Boat staff helpful and pleasant. So, overall it needs a lot of cleaning up, more focus and competent management. Meanwhile there are so many better resorts in Mabini area.

We went to this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have booked a terrace villa but we are upgraded for free to a garden villa. The room was spacious with three queen size beds. Ambiance is very relaxing and you can have a very good night sleep as the villas are located away from the road. There is no TV or wifi access in the villas so its good that the kids have a break with gadgets. One thing that should be improved is to have telephone to communicate with frontdesk, housekeeping or restaurant. The environment is also relaxing as it has so many trees and picture worthy locations. The pools are clean and they have two sets of pools with adult and kiddie pools. Food was not bad but nothing special either. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Amazing food, great staff! Great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of metro manila! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed their vegan breakfast spread and using their pools. Having the spa package is a must try! so nice to wake up and just have a nice walk around too. Will definitely come back for more R&R in the future. :))

Super beautiful hotel, the hotel is built near the sea, you can go snorkeling or play rubber boats directly without leaving the hotel. The water is crystal clear and there are a lot of corals around. The hotel’s meals are great value for money, each dish in the hotel has its own creativity, and none of the dishes we ordered were overturned (I am very picky about food)

We stayed at Blue Crystal Beach Resorts for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time resting, sightseeing, island hopping and walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast is free which makes it taste even better, hahaha! On the serious side, the encounters we have had with the staff are phenomenal! Greets you with the sweetest biggest smile!!! Always asking if there is anything we need for our room, prepared our meals accordingly, at times even gave us the option if there is anything we wanted to eat out of the menu. They even go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we have eaten before they leave for the night, how amazing is that! Truly unheard off! Thank Dolor and Annalyn for going the extra mile so we didn’t starve for the night. Thank you to Lucy and Ram for preparing our meals according to our dietary guidelines and make taste yummy! Thank you Phia, Josie and the rest of the staff whom kept our room very clean, well stocked and smelled really good. Until our next stay, take care of yourselves!
