第一,4月27號午餐的米飯發稀發酸，是餿的。吃飯的顧客都在説米飯有問題;
第二，4月28號中午給我吃了頭天晚餐吃剩的菜;
第三,態度強硬命令我要提早退房，理所當然地給我説，因為她新的顧客很早就要來。服務員要進房間打掃衞生。跟頁面規定的是12點前退房不符。
第四，網頁承諾退房當天有午餐，結果民宿老闆告訴我退房當天沒有午餐，説因為我入住的那天把午餐吃了。但第一天我早上6點入住，於是交了半天的房費，所以含了當天的早餐和午餐，所以不存在我入住當天把午餐吃了;
第五，民宿地板是塑料仿木，膠水粘在地上，整個房間刺鼻氣味非常嚴重。甲醛含量極高。眼口鼻都有明顯刺痛感。
第六,本人將問題反饋給攜程，民宿老闆立即從微信發訊息質問我哪裡對不起我？我逐一解釋之後，民宿老闆直接把我拉黑，並不道歉。隨後還到攜程去誣陷報復我，説我借了她的吹飛機沒有還。事實上，當天借了，把頭髮吹乾，我馬上拿下去還了。接到攜程電話後，我立即打微信語音給民宿老闆，結果發現民宿老闆已把我微信拉黑。攜程説會轉達給民宿老闆本人已還吹風機。如果民宿老闆堅持誣陷本人，那麼本人將聯繫利雅德當地警方調查此事，並要求民宿老闆公開書面給本人道歉。
