10mins walk to the Novo Bus Terminal & 30mins walk to the Cruise Terminal, very convenient for me. very quite at night, there's a supermarket nearby.

Clean and good price

The towels are real sandpaper and if you want to go out to eat at night, just use the app to order or to get around. The VLT line towards the airport stops in front of the hotel. To get from the airport to the VLT you have to get off at Cordeiro da Graça station and walk two blocks to the hotel. I don't think it's advisable to take this route at night. During the day there is movement.

Hotel follows the standard of comfort and excellence expected from an ibis. When I made the reservation, I found it strange that it said it had a pool, as I usually travel around Brazil and have been to several Ibis and never seen a pool. I closed for the pool (as I was looking for a hotel in the center with a pool) when I arrived I was informed that the pool belonged to Novotel for a fee of 63 reais. This should be informed in the same way as purchasing breakfast and parking are informed. I looked on the website again to see where this was written and I couldn't find it, I was very disappointed as I could have found another hotel with a similar price. The service from the team was wonderful, apart from this disappoin**ent we had a great stay.

Hotel with everything brand new, both inside and outside the room. Comfortable. Good value for money. Breakfast (paid separately) too expensive for what is offered. Could be more accessible.

Hotel needs to sort out its own dining space. Sharing coffee with Novotel is difficult at certain times.
