The receptionist service was adequate, breakfast service was disappointing, the young man didn't seem to care and was looking at his phone most of the time while the older man seemed to be doing everything...the food didn't seem fresh and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Our room had a bad smell and there were stains everywhere I looked both inside the room and the general hotel.

Hotel with excellent location, close to the beach, shops and subway stations. Good service and breakfast. building facilities in good condition, except for the pool and gym areas that need to be modernized and better maintained.

Great reception service, but I stayed in a room with apparently dirty sheets, I don't know if they were stains or dirt, when I got under the sheet, I felt the feeling of having sand in the bed, the smell of a strong cleaning product, fabric softener, I don't know what was. It is impossible to watch tv, but the picture quality was horrible, not only from the tv, but also from the cable tv. Tv had no internet connection, it was not possible to watch Netflix. Breakfast, the food was cold. I wasn't satisfied. The cleaning and kitchen staff are not to blame, mistakes happen, these people just need better training, making the guest experience better. In short, I didn't like the experience, I didn't sleep well and I didn't eat well. This is my feedback.
