Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Again a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. I travelled with my mum and we throughly enjoyed our stay . The hotel staff are all exceptional, special shout out to Valentina in the main restaurant who went above and beyond to help my mum after she fell, Beatrice, Paulina and Nikos in the main bar who made the most amazing drinks, Paul who runs the Marathon car hire who gave us a great deal on a hire car and moved a car over to the hotel which was the same as my own, so I didn’t have to worry about driving a different car, Natalie in the Ala carte restaurant who always had a smile and gave great service , Lucas at the beach who was always cheerful and helpful and least but not last the hotel manager who takes time each day to speak with all the guests and genuinely cares about any issues. The hotel is spotlessly clean, you can always get a sun-bed at anytime time of the day. The beach is spacious, but you will need water shoes as it’s pebbly. The food and drinks are first class, will definitely return in the future. We stayed all inclusive and loved the ability to scan the QR code and order food & drink from our sun loungers and book the Ala carte restaurants via the app. The Ala carte restaurants are amazing and are free for all inclusive guests, our favourites were Zen and Asterias over looking the beach. We also visited the sister hotels- the Atrium Prestige and Atrium Platinum and can honestly say this is the best hotel out of the 3 ! Thank you for making our stay amazing, looking forward to returning in the future.

After greeting us with a welcome refreshment drink we instantly got a room upgrade as well as free early check in option. Room was very spacious and sparkling clean. Breakfast has a variety of options for all tastes. Beach is tranquil with crystal blue water and accommodating staff . I also want to highlight the welcomeness and very attentive attitude by hotel general manager Apostolos and PR manager Savvas and also a restaurant manager - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best and make us want to come back ASAP.

We love staying at Atrium palace in kalathos. All staff we encountered were polite and professional. A special mention to Valintina & Kiki in restaurant as they always greeted us with warm welcome and attended to our needs. The management team must be very proud of staff who clearly go the mile to make guests feel welcome. We look forward to returning later on in the year. Ian

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The atmosphere is so friendly and all the staff are always smiling and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Mr Savvas and mr Sotiris always take good care of us and are always around making sure guests have everything they need We loved seeing mr Eleftheropoulos the hotel manager being around greeting us with a smile making sure everything is running smoothly. Antonis and the bar team provide top quality cocktails and the entertainment and animation team are awesome. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a full 5 star experience

The Atrium is a really excellent hotel and we are having a great time! The food in the a la carte restaurants is amazing - some of the best food we’ve had on holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - a special thank you to Niko in the bar who has always given us excellent service and also chats to us remembering my husband’s name “Mr. J”. There is a lovely lady, Beatrice, who serves us coffee from the bar in the morning who is always very cheerful, helpful and pleasant. Ian from the entertainment staff comes to chat with us every day and is also friendly, funny and helpful. Lucas who looks after the beach couldn’t have done more for my sister in law who needs a walking trolley. The reception staff are always very professional, friendly and helpful too. Only negatives were it’s rather isolated if you want to go out - we took taxis to Lindos and Rhodes old town - both worth a trip. Pool water was rather cold but that’s just the time of year. Last full day tomorrow and so far it’s been a great holiday.

Although there are so many lovely things about this resort - so clean, beautiful gardens and pools, friendly staff, and a helpful app to order food/drinks - a lot of care put into this place! But there's one area that it feels the care doesn't extend to, and I have to say this as a warning to people with dietary restrictions, that I would not recommend the resort to fellow vegetarians/ vegans ets, which is a shame as I think it's the only thing that feels like it hasn't had thought put into. For one, the labelling of food at the buffet was very hit or miss and options at the restaurants in the hotel is limited. Another issue at the restaurants was that although they would adapt some of the meals to be vegetarian that were meat based, they would simply take out the meat but charge the same, not adding in an alternative to make up for the lack. An example of this is that when ordering the bibimbap as vegetarian, the egg and pork were taken out and nothing added. The charge was 28 euros for this dish, the same as it normally would be, when asked if there was any money that could be taken off as this seemed unfair in price, for a dish of just rice and vegetables, I was told this was not an option. So overall, great for most people, but perhaps if you're more limited for food options, not the best.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Mixed reviews if I’m honest. We paid ALOT for this holiday as the reviews “sold us the dream”. The indoor pool is absolutely disgusting. The drains are BLACK, dead insects everywhere. All our clothing was died YELLOW because too much chlorine is in the pool, yet the children’s pool didn’t seem to have any? Mondays there is NO entertainment in the day as it’s their “day off”. For a 5 star hotel, get more staff? Entertainment in the evening is nothing to what you’d expect. Very poor. The service in the restaurant over all is spot on. Overall, I feel we’ve been ripped off.

I had an amazing time here. Beach is very close and free for the guests to visit. Especially Lucas at the beach was super friendly and helped us so much. The stay at the room was pleasant. The breakfast was healthy and appetizing. Would definitely visit again.

I couldnt resist the temptation and booked the holidays at Atrium Palace again. For the fifth time, can you believe it? We have started coming here since my boy was 4, now henis turning 7 in a month. This place is like our home now, its like coming to our holiday home and see our extended family. Leaving is always so emotional that you cant even express the feelings with words. We are family of 3adults and one child 6years old, we booked two villas with private pools together with premium all inclusive. The villas are nicely newly renovated, everything is nice clean and new. The bed is just wow and the pillows oh I wish I could take them home, they just snuggle you around when falling asleep. We simply love this place and as I said, we are regulars and there wont be a year without visiting our greek family. We start with the reception - amazing ladies who are there to help with anything you need, Lefteris who can do magic when you need to solve problems with your booking followed by the amazing restaurant staff. Natalia - my sister from another mother :-) Marianna - love of my boys’ life :-) and just wonderful soul, Davida - so kind, so nice and cudly lady :-) Irina - the lady who stands out of the crowd, Lia - wonderful always smiling girl… you know girls, I just hope I dont forget to mention anyone here, its just all of you :-) and as the saying goes “women first” here comes the mens’ group :-) Sotiris - amazing person who is always smiling and you just click with him immediately, Lukas - the beach boy, you just cant imagine coming to the beach and not seeing the biggest smile waving at you from the distance, all the new young guys from the main restaurant who always make time to say hello to my … very demanding boy :-) Kasa - the always helping running around guy… but you know what…this hotel wouldnt be the same without these two guys who are just stars... Apostolos and Savvas.. they were simply born to do this job, so natural with their own magic which just shines everywhere they go. The staff is the hearth of this place. The hotel is amazing of course, top service, top food (thank you chef I will miss those buffet times) top place and the list would just continue… the maintanance there is just spot on, Regina and her team is top quality, all those gardeners who are just working since the morning till the dawn and just dont care if its 50degrees, the grass needs cutting and thats it :-) I cant believe I found this jewell in Rhodes… and the last thing I wanna mention… yesterday I asked my boy whether or not he was looking forward to go back home, you know the answear? Mommy but I am home :-) so we are already planning to come back again so see you soon my loves, we love you all.
