We stopped in Reuilly Sauvigny as part of our cycling vacation. It’s a very quiet, pretty town with vineyards all around. There isn’t really anything to do here, but don’t be fooled. Auberge Le Relais is the attraction to be experienced here, as it’s no normal hotel and restaurant. The rooms are fine, but what really astounded us were the terrace, the grounds, the restaurant, and the friendly, diligent, extremely hard-working staff. The setting is gorgeous, a place where you can see the beautiful scenery and just relax, chat, and be. For dinner, we had an exceptional meal with a beautiful view, and the breakfast they serve you is out of this world. They even ask you when you’re coming to breakfast, as they time the delivery of a rich assortment of freshly baked breakfast goods to your seating. The care the staff put into making your experience a pleasant one is evident. On that note, all our thanks to the staff for an amazing stay! You are the reason we’ll be coming back to Reuilly Sauvigny!

Now owned and run by M. Christophe Bréard (since 2017). This was our 4th or 5th visit over the years. Not so much a hotel as a restaurant with rooms - the focus is on the cuisine. However, the room was comfortable and the bed very comfortable. We had a very good meal with very good wine - tick. You need a car to get here, but it is well positioned for champagne lovers on the edge of the Côte de Blancs. Some tea/coffee facility in the room would be good, since out of high season and especially in winter, one would have to sit at a table in the small bar and ask for this.

Repas à 4 Menu 2 choix+ dessert à 59€ OK Menu à 45€ pas de choix mais ok Même si le saumon aux petit légumes ses coquillages que j'ai pris Perso BoF les coquillages et les légumes sans goûts Le croustillant aux agrumes : 3 carrés de croustillants 5cm sur 5cm avec une sorte de crème au agrumes vraiment sans grand intérêt Mais le pire c'est l'entree : langoustines croustillantes a 62€ pour 3 languoustines Ok on est pas obligé de la choisir mais mon frère faisant un régime spécial avant une opération... Passons Honnêtement aucun intérêt et cher Le service était agréable mais cela ne suffit pas A éviter

Halte agréable au beau milieu de la champagne. Hôtel correct, la chambre mériterait quelques rafraîchissements et à la place du mini bar une machine à café serait plus adaptée à ce type d’établissement. Très bon restaurant et mention spéciale à Sylvain enthousiaste et disponible pour nous servir (rare en France!) A conseiller donc pour une nuit.

Très bonne table avec une cuisine raffinée et un service irréprochable. Nous avons dégusté un très bon foie gras, du homard et des ris de veau divinement cuisinés. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille et nous vous recommandons cet hôtel restaurant situé dans la vallée de la Marne , avec sa terrasse donnant sur un grand jardin avec vue sur le vignoble .

In tegenstelling tot was ik heb gelezen betreffende de beoordelingen zijn wij helemaal niet tevreden. Misschien hebben wij pech gehad maar onze kamer was volledig verouderd en uitgeleefd. De muren waren vol vlekken en dan ben ik het nog niet over het vasttapijt ( wat is zowieso vies vind ik een hotel). Het tapijt zal vol witte vlekken. Een toilet dat doorspoelde met een speciaal “mix”systeem waardoor het eigenlijk niet naar behoren spoelde…. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk, het restaurant te prijzig in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. Het spijt mij maar ons zien ze daar niet meer terug

Nous avons déjeuner dimanche entre amis. Le restaurant est cossu même si la décoration est vieillotte et pas très réussie par le mélange des couleurs… pique les yeux. Belle vue depuis la terrasse et la véranda. Amuse-bouche, entrées, parfait ! Beaucoup de gout(s) , belles présentation. Associations surprenantes. Très bon. Plats : bons mais sans plus. Desserts : vraiment pas bons du tout , (!) nous avons laissé les 3/4… Vins et champagne bons. Rapport qualité /prix : très moyen car trop cher pour l’ensemble du repas dont seulement les entrées et les amuse-bouche étaient très bons et valaient la peine. Le service quant à lui était parfait , amabilité, rapidité, gentillesse.

Dit kleinschalig hotel biedt alles wat je verwacht voor een "geniet-verblijf" : zeer mooi natuurlijk kader, een prachtige bocht van de Marne vallei met wijngaarden tussen beboste heuvels, afgewerkt met een grote verzorgde tuin. (ruime afgesloten parkeerplaats is een pluspunt). De kamers zijn sober maar smaakvol, modern en gezellig comfortabel. Een klein minpunt is het ontbreken van een lift naar de kamers. Het gelijkvloers en restaurant is volledig rolstoel toegankelijk. Hier kom je niet om op je kamer te blijven maar om te wandelen (kasteelpark en Mémorial van nabijgelegen Dormans zeker bezoeken), champagne te shoppen en vooral te genieten van de uitstekende keuken en wijnkaart. De gastronomische ervaring is buitengewoon, met een klassieke uitstraling. De wijnkaart is uitzonderlijk en betaalbaar. Ik kom hier graag terug.
