The heating did not work. First of all the heating is controlled. The technician came and fixed it once. The second time I called, the technician informed me that the heating does not work in that room and I should change my room.
On the first day, the breakfast had run out of butter. Also, they had run out of some fruits that they normally offer. All of that was available the next morning.
Did not receive my receipt after checkout, because staff member had not added my email id to my profile.
Some staff are friendly and nice. Some staff members will make it feel as if you are a burden to them. Maybe the staff are overworked and not happy.
I love this hotel, but it can be a hit or miss.
