The location is pretty good but apart from that it was disappointing. The bed sheets were clean but very grubby looking when we checked in. The walls are very thin and other guests very very noisy so we didn’t get much sleep here! The bathrooms were okay, hot showers and extra toilet paper but the drains smelled bad the entire time! The actual bed was comfortable which was good.
The female staff member was great but we gad an issue with one of the males and our laundry. He told us it would be next day 2pm and 20K per kg but instead it was 2 days and charged by the item so cost way more than we expected. Very disappointed in this!
Overall wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other choice and would recommend staying elsewhere

Ini pertama kali aku pesan dengan platform trip(dot)com untuk pesan hotel. Awalnya aku cek dulu harga hotel yang worth it pake Skyscanner dan nemulah bobobox ini dengan affordable price untuk beberapa hari. Kalau dari bobobox langsung lebih mahal, gataunya di sini lebih murah dan dapat kamar yang untuk berdua lagi.
Selain itu Bobobox di Alun-Alun Bandung ternyata enak pake sendal jepit karena yang di Jakarta aku selalu dapat yang sendal kain. Dapat breakfast dan disediakan microwave juga.
Di kabin juga ga terlalu berisik, comfy dan petugasnya pada ramah termasuk satpamnya. Huhu, jadi pen ke Bandung lagi. Semoga next ada promo lagi hahaha.
Tempatnya juga strategis juga bisa jalan kaki ke Alun-Alun/Mall sekitar/Braga. Kalopun malas bisa pake ojol yang mana di sini tarifnya lebih murah. Mantab dah. Suka.

Kesini pas malam th baru, lumayan rame tapi stafnya menurut saya cekatan jadi walau pun toiletnya shering tp sering di bersihkan jadi toiletnya bersih... Ok lah buat hotel kapsul buat pasangan yg butuh tempat singgah dekat alun2 bandung
