這個酒店的性價比較差：一、老闆的經營理念跟不上形勢。1、總枱説房內有付費項目（2根火腿腸、2瓶哇哈哈飲料、1盒泡麪），要收按金100元。住過許多檔次高的酒店，是閃住的。2、多要1瓶凈水，要價3元，這不能埋冤服務員。我就到對門的小超市買2升一瓶的農夫山泉，衹要3元。二、房間設施陳舊，尤其是淋浴、馬桶、洗臉枱都在一個衞生間，洗澡水橫流橫，容易滑倒，如有受傷，遊客倒黴、老闆賠錢。總之，想把生意做長，就要做的好，才能得到好評，賺更多的錢。

自駕路過饒河臨時入住，停車場車位不多，前台給了一間沿街三樓房間剛好可以看到樓下的停車，浴室沒有乾濕分離，房間衞生清潔標準較低，早餐不錯。

該酒店比較老舊，但房間設施佈局合理，用起來比較方便，衞生總的來講還可以，客房服務也不錯。周邊吃飯相對比較方便。門前有停車位。
