Wow! By far the best hotel I stayed with children and I been in 40 at least. Amazing pools and great program for kids everyday! Superb staff and attention. I can recommend to book the rooms, which have own swimming pool too, is so much fun for kids. Taxi is around 80Euro from airport, 40 min. around the hotel there is nothing u can’t find. just 10 mind walk with kids to the beach. Great check in experience! I am planning my next stay in May 2024. Something special: outside the hotel, just maybe 500m there is super nice Kebab place. if you have kids, this is the hotel to be in my eyes. als heated pool is available, for colder days.

The new pool rooms on the ground floor are beautiful. They’re immaculate. The pools are shallow with a step, so perfect for all ages. I believe it is a warmed pool as it always felt warm! It was cleaned immaculately every day and we always had fresh beds and towels. Staff are always attentive, helpful and kind. Grounds are stunning; gardeners always doing their thing to keep the place so lovely. Little kids playground is a lovely touch.

Looking for a good deal and an alternative to our usual hotel in Playa Muro, Mallorca (Viva Blue and Spa), I looked at PRINSOTEL LA DORADA which is located right next to the VIVA Blue). When I booked/reserved the room they had a great deal , 2 bedrooms, balcony all refurbished about EURO 100 less than the above mentioned apartment hotel. When we checked in, we were greeted like royalty, seriously! (Maybe because I was in the Loyalty Program??) I was offered a glass of champagne and my son an Orange Juice. Check in was swift and professional and we were given all the pertinent information. We had stayed at this hotel about 7 years ago, a few times before that also. 4 years ago, some of the buildings/rooms had undergone a total refurbishment. It was awesome. Very modern for Spanish standards, quiet, we had a fridge, microwave, 2 massive TV's (one in the living room and the other in the second bedroom which my son never used, hahahaha, always nicer sleeping in the same bed as Mummy :) ). Oh and the beds were awesome, very comfy. Pillows not my favourite but not bad. Loads of storage room, lovely balcony with view to the pool side , TV had loooooots of programs, English, Polish, Swedish, German and of course Spanish, oh and French and all the rest of it. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants at the hotel , so can't tell what the food was like. In hindsight, I actually thought that there would be a kitchenette but in my haste of having to make a reservation asap as we were in a taxi on our way to Playa de Muro in Mallorca already, I did not look properly. I missed that freedom of being able to cook whenever and whatever we wanted. So I will book one of those apartments next time. Having said that, i am very glad we got this experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Enjoy.

Great family hotel, staff does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We booked half board, and breakfast ans dinner were excellent. We could also choose for 2 additional restaurants at the premise, but stayed our entire stay at the buffet restaurant. Every day a different theme and fresh products served. Many thanks to the restaurant team, you made our holiday special, and our little son loved it.

Prinsotel La Dorada is a wonderful hotel that has been recently renovated on the northwest coast in Playa de Muro. The complex is really beautiful and invites relaxation. The beach of Playa de Muro is less than a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, it is a beautiful beach. The food at the hotel is some of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are incredibly helpful and leave almost nothing to be desired. All in all, it was truly a fantastic stay in Mallorca. I would return anytime! Also a huge recommendation when you travel with your kids.

Very nice and clean hotel - all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, nice pool area, great food but most importantly the best ANIMATION gang ever ! They were full of energy, enthusiasm and a very nice approach towards adults and importantly kids ! The kids loved Oliwia, Martyna, Macarena and the other members of the animation staff very much !!!

After a couple of years trying different hotels in Mallorca (down to the south) we can definetly say that in Prinsotel we foud our place. Wonderful stay! The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel like at home. The Minidisco is simply great and fun not only for the little ones but also for the adults. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect and daily. For us the most important thing was the high level of service and kindness all around. We will be back for sure.

There is not good enough things we can say about this hotel. The Picco restaurant is a blast and the whole staff is amazing. Smiles and genuine service everywhere

Nice hotel all round! The omelette for breakfast, great room and service overall. I would come back in the future as well as recommend it to friends.
