Location - it was near the event's place of our friend. Plus it is accessible. Service - it was above average. They even let me stay in my friends' room for a few hours (I made the booking for them). Staff were courteous and helpful. Cleanliness - it was okay. Nothing spectacular. Amenities - they offer a lot for their guests. Sad though that my friends were not able to maximize the amenities.

It was late night and I never thought that they will still accept us to stay. After the #SamgyupDay #BFFsDay #Chill and many more we needed a place to rest comfortably. It was never a plan so all of us have this low battery, but the guards are very kind to lend us their charger. But what I like most here is the place. I never thought it would be that clean, big room and cool😍 Thank you so much for letting us stay and sleep well. It was such a very fantastic rest that we had😍😍

when we were running out of a venue to hold our business meeting in december, oracle hotel gladly accommodated us despite the short notice. although they were also short staffed because of simultaneous events being held, the manager did not hesitate to join her service crew and cheerfully delivered what was written in our contract. wifi was stable. the sound system did not fail us. and the food met our gastric expectation. to top it all, their ensaymada was really worth relishing, as promised.

We stayed in Verjandel Hotel in Quezon City for three nights. We used their conference room for our two-day training for young people. I was accommodated to this big and comfy room on the third floor of the hotel. The room was clean as well as the comfort room. The food is delicious. They have a restaurant and a bar just when you enter the main door of the building. They also have a gym at the second floor. I got a little problem in the internet connection because during that time, the facility was fully booked. So, a lot of people are connected to their free wifi. But, the guy from the front desk office assisted me on my connection issue. But then, over-all, it was a good place to stay.

The TV was tiny and it did not have a USB port when we wanted to watch the movies we brought. They did not offer senior citizens' discount even if my parents were both seniors (I only found out later that we were entitled to it after we have paid in full). The lobby was VERY VERY sombre - dim lights the entire day, it felt like it was night time all the time. The walls were thin so we could hear people pass by outside. They were slow to make up the room. The tiles and some of the walls were chipped off. It was a very outdated hotel, in need of refurbishment. Too bad that the location is very good and accessible but the hotel itself was a disappointment.

Food is Great but not the coffee, (Somethings off in my taste buds) The room was pleasant, Complete set up we stay at executive premium at room 510 I would like to commend camille from the reception for giving her welcoming service all throughout. She has the very attracted smile among the rest. She is very polite and accomodating.Also to manong judy the bell boy who assisted us to check in,And Joy in restaurant for being attentive.
