Astrotel Cubao

I had a pleasant stay at Astrotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to assist whenever I needed help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. The room had good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Overall, I found it to be a great value for the price. I would definitely stay at Astrotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Honestly, this was the worst experience. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room itself smelled bad too. The bed and pillows were disgusting—they had an awful odor. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was gross, and the sink faucet wasn’t even working. Even the towels and blanket smelled bad. On top of that, there was no remote for the TV. To make things worse, there were loud banging noises throughout the night. I couldn’t sleep at all and felt very unsafe during my stay. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the air conditioning.

As always Astrotel is consistently good.the room is clean,the staff in the reception are friendly and helpful. The location is great very close to the shopping malls,fast food restaurants,public market,MRT and LRT2. Overall, a pleasant stay. Will definitely book again.

The room is spacious although, for VIP room the airconditioned is not working on the first room they assigned to us. They gave iwata during our 1st night. On the second night, they transfered us to another room. I would say PREMIUM room is better than VIP rooms .

Convenient location, A lot of food nearby, accessible to Metro. Room is clean and Staff have an excellent service.

When we came at the hotel the room is not yet ready. That’s why they call the cleaner to priority the room. But the room is dirty when we came in. The table, Bathroom, flooring are dirty and there’s no Tissue at the bathroom. But what’s good with, is that the Bathroom is newly renovated but it’s flooding.
