我們到的晚上9點多，去了發現衞生條件有問題，跟客服溝通，客服表示阿姨已下班，第二天我們也是定的這個民宿，我們是過來旅遊的，第二天回來也差不多時間，網絡和衞生依然有問題，溝通客服，就説阿姨下班了，網絡她表示忘記繳費了，説是稍等後繳費會有。但是從昨天晚上反映到離開的早上，網絡一直就沒有過。床單有印記，桌子很簡陋，還有一層灰，第一天反映衞生問題，第二天依然存在。插座還特別少。洗澡洗刷水流超小，熱水壺外層很多灰。我們就是過來玩一趟覺得麻煩，換來換去的，但是希望給大家避雷。插座很少，對充電器要求也很高。

服務和房間都很棒，找不到具體位置姐姐也很有耐心的幫助我們還幫我們升級了房間，房間住的也很舒服很乾凈，後面我們來不及趕回去退房跟姐姐説延遲退房姐姐也允許了🌹🌹下次來還會選這家👍🏻👍🏻

來旅遊或者看演唱會的家人們，真心建議你們不要選這家酒店，來了之後你會懷疑為什麼這種地方也能稱之為酒店。真的完完全全的黑心商家，你會打開你的世界觀，你會見識到什麼是真正的酒店。看到大門其實已經不敢走進去了，但當時其他酒店溢價嚴重，實在沒房間。同樣的價錢在泉州可以住更好的，這次真的失算了。進房間後感覺很臟，問房東還有房型可以換嗎？房東不帶猶豫的很不耐煩的説不想住直接退房。看窗户的左邊是紅磚房，就是村裡未裝修的那種紅磚房，左邊是一個已經裝修的農村房和低樓層堆滿垃圾的天台，而天台正對着你的窗户。實在沒有預算的話建議你們去看看泉州的青旅，大學生不騙大學生，中國人不騙中國人。真的不想大家住完之後用一個月的時間去療育心裏的創傷。還有就是隔音很差，你能聽到樓梯每個人經過的腳步聲，沒錯，是樓梯沒有電梯，就是村裡的民房，你們懂嗎？並且還能親切地聽到附近有操着發言嘰裏呱啦的奶奶在樓下聊天。不是惡意差評，聽我的別來，別來別來別來。床單發黴 衞生很差 沒有隔音 沒有電梯 床很硬

還不錯，入住的挺舒服的，性價比不錯很高，去看演唱會入住的，剛開始有點偏僻找不到，但是後面指了路，所以後麪就找到了

第二次來泉州玩，上次也是住的這裏，單人出行，追求性價比高，這裏臨近學生街附近，出門就是夜市和店鋪，價格也很親民，如果想去玩走幾百米轉個公交也很方便。這次來的挺晚了，老闆可能都休息了但是還是不厭其煩的加我微信溝通入住事項，感謝！有就會還會再來的

有窗有電視有獨衞，不過沒空調，廁所是蹲廁，衞生一般，位置也不太好找，需要打電話問老闆。但是價格擺在那，所以經濟實惠是沒的説，我定的特惠房沒有了，老闆免費給升級了房型，服務態度很好
