1.酒店門口的路是土路，塵土飛揚。
2.酒店沒有自己的停車場，自己在門口土路上隨緣找，車多的時候需要停很遠，拖着行李走土路走到酒店。
3.辦理入住的前台小姐姐很好，幫忙把行李提到房間門口，這是酒店唯一的亮點。
4.從酒店門口進到房間，各種台階，沒有無障礙通道，拎着行李上上下下，很不方便，走廊是地毯，也沒辦法平拖行李箱，全程需要提着行李箱。
5.房間內有很大的蜘蛛。
6.礦泉水衹能補充兩瓶，多了就不給了。
7.早餐很差，人非常多，沒有地方坐，盤子收拾不及時，8點去的餐廳，幾乎沒有飯，臟盤子臟碗全堆在取餐枱上，煮麪完全沒有秩序，訂好的麪和餛飩，如果不在面前看着煮完，再過去就已經分給別人。
總之，酒店有非常多需要改進的地方，牟氏莊園作為棲霞最有名景點，酒店靠近景區，如果是這樣的服務，會讓人對棲霞留下很差的印象。

非常好的入住體驗，位置好，四合院結構，非常安靜，就在牟家莊園旁邊，對面就是蘋果公園。早餐還行，服務非常好。

家庭出遊，晚上九點多到，工作人員提前打開了空調，房間温度剛剛好，前台小姐姐説話温温柔柔很親切，酒店簡單乾淨是不二選擇

新開的酒店，位置非常好，就在景區的旁邊，非常方便，環境和衞生都不錯，設施簡單但好用，服務態度也不錯，天冷會提前打開空調，餐廳有點小，早餐人多的時候需要等。

非常好的酒店，安靜，乾淨，價格合理，旁邊有牟氏莊園，旅遊方便。就是吃飯需要往振華那走，旁邊的錦宴説最少6人，標準是169元，兩三個人吃不合適

房間品質很好很新，服務到位，乾淨衞生，安靜前台小夥子很熱情好客，停車場很方便不遠，我們年齡大了怕潮想住二樓，馬上調劑好，應該棲霞最好的酒店了。早餐非常滿意，品種多，很滿意的一次住宿！
