提前聯繫這點還不錯，半夜驅車盡力趕到，自主入住，海風很大，被褥有些潮濕，寒潮沒退，有些冷，衹住一晚，和衣而卧，洗漱什麼都等趕到三亞再進行了，天亮之後看到周圍都是爛尾樓，陽台看出去景色還不錯，一晚上價格180多，廚房有些臟亂，沒有廚房可能衞生能好一點。總體感覺蕭條。此行環島住了四家民宿，三家酒店，全部住了個遍再評價，價格上來説從低到高排第三，居住舒適度評價最後一名。

在小區內與業主一個樓裏，沒有獨立的前台，需要電話聯繫管家約定時間地點進行入住交接，方式倒是比較特別，也節約成本，問題是臨時有問題不便於及時溝通解決。
房間就是一般的一居室，傢俱比較陳舊，陽台較大亦可觀海，畢竟價格划算，好在就住一晚。
吃飯可以到小區內的業主餐廳，出了小區就是大海，外部環境還是不錯的。
自駕車可以先聯繫管家進大門，但院內停車位比較緊張，需要自己轉圈找車位。

這個有點難評價，服務挺好、位置挺好。訂的特價房，給安排的是一間帶陽台的超大大床房。看海景特別漂亮，但是房間黴味不是一般大，房間像是有人常住過，衞生一般般，感覺很久沒有通風的樣子，一晚上薰的沒睡着。亮點就是海景好看，酒店環境也好，還可以停車。

客廳真大，陽台也超級大，主卧還可以泡澡，周圍環境也超好。
就是房間空氣中有發黴的味道需要開着空調來減弱味道，小房間是真的小，感覺是個保姆房。

衞生很乾凈整潔，還有茶具，一線海景房視野非常nice，就是趕在雨季，一直在下雨，陰雲影響了看風景，想必晴天的時候一定非常美。附近幾公里有一個小鎮，可以體驗很純樸的海南生活，隔壁就是南海博物館，不想出去曬太陽就可以去逛博物館。
