I used family room. Room is big. Heater is very good.
Kids facilty almost broken.
When you go hot spring, you dont need wait in line. Get in the car as soon as possible. If you wait long time, staff couldnt help you. Staff said walk with 2 children.
If you have dinner in restaurant, you couldnt eat hot barbecue.
They alredy make so almost cold.
Shuttle is not enough. They operate only one car due to low battery. When we return hotel , staff said need to wait due to no battery lol

服務態度很好，有東西遺忘了聯繫酒店很快就安排寄回來，點贊！
不足之處：床墊太軟，對腰椎不友好，親子房空間不夠大，不但沒有usb 充電口，居然還是普通商務酒店的付費充電，對於一個度假酒店來説真的有點減分……

打開房門入住，管家已經把空調和蚊子水機打開運行，真體貼周到。5百多還送份水果盤和紅豆沙湯圓，糖水還熱乎的。含2成人自助早餐，含魚窩湯泉。房間小冰箱裏的飲料都是免費吃的。早餐種類多，我衹挑喜歡的幾種吃

房間很不錯，還有生日佈置。因為要帶狗子一起，本來訂的萌寵房，前台給升級了大床房，準備了狗籠子。因為清遠大雨，住店當天沒有泡成温泉，第二天酒店給我們延遲了退房並提供下午去泡温泉。酒店有車送到温泉門口。温泉的池子不多，可能因為這幾天都下雨有些沒開放。希望温泉池旁邊能準備一些放乾淨毛巾的櫃子，其他都不錯。

出遊遇上暴雨天不便外出遊玩，選了一家帶親子房的酒店，酒店環境優雅舒適，衞生也很乾凈，親子套房設施齊全，小朋友們都好喜歡，Alice管家非常貼心，服務非常好，酒店的室內小童樂園也很不錯，下雨天，小朋友可以在裏面封玩一整天！
