節假日價格貴了2點幾倍，處於街道鬧市裡麪，四周環繞着餐館，特別嘈雜，凌晨四五點多次被樓下的垃圾車吵醒。房間地板一踩就是吱吱呀呀作響，床的質量也不好，投影儀兩個遙控器衹有一個有電池，沒看上電視，兩個房間共用一個空調遙控器，廁所上面的玻璃都不是磨砂的！體驗感極差！！！

已經從青島回來了，客觀的點評一下吧。一，房間內部的裝修和佈置還可以，下面是實拍的圖片，網友可參考一下。二，住了三天沒見到過老闆，但有事給老闆打電話能及時解決，但這也沒什麼影響。三，有點不太滿意的地方是，床單上有塊污漬讓保潔阿姨第二天換一個床單，並打掃一下房間衞生，但是保潔並沒有給換床單打掃衞生，這點不太好。四，這個客棧是在台東啤酒屋商業街裏面，晚上全是喝酒的，晚上會非常吵鬧，而且會亂到很晚，飯店早晨卸貨也有噪音，對噪音有要求的慎重考慮。

住宿的房間很衞生，空間很大非常方便，樓下有好多海鮮飯館，附近就有海鮮市場，離台東步行街地鐵也很近，房東人也很好，是一次很棒的住宿體驗👍👍👍

樓下就是各種海鮮加工店，附近還有市場，離台東夜市也挺近，很方便，房價也很便宜，唯一就是沒有電梯，搬26寸的大箱子上四樓，手廢了

離譜離譜，巨離譜！！！沒有電梯，五層，老式民房改建，網絡就是擺設，與其説床軟，不如説直接躺在彈簧上，磕背生疼！那麼薄的床墊，跟直接接觸彈簧有啥區別，床嘎吱嘎吱響，床頭燈開關都沒有，水龍頭出水滴答滴答，淋浴水龍頭都生銹，電視也是擺設，網絡問題基本沒用。

有洗衣機👍處夜市區，吃飯方便👍遠程服務👍有公共曬台可以晾衣服👍房間很大，衞生整潔👍就是，洗手間有點小🙃最重要的是，離網紅台東夜市恣兒街真的近！

位置在酒吧街，離步行街很近。房間非常乾淨，設施堪比五星級，全程無接觸入住，唯一缺點就是附近兩家海鮮店裝修有點吵
