首先第一點，老闆講話很客氣，很親切。
第二，煙台前這個小區裏的當地住户都很親切，給人的感覺沒有架子。
第三，老闆對房間衞生把控得相當不錯，除了一進屋有點衞生間的潮濕味之外其他全五星，進去把窗户開開通通風后就好了。
第四，房間有廚房，廚具應有盡有，如果有潔癖的話可以自己提前帶個炒勺，筷子下去買東西時可以管商家要一次性的，在要幾個袋子套餐盤上用。樓下市場如果覺得貴的話可以去天目山路那裡有個市場。
第五，個人建議住老闆的房子靠譜，人家都不需要咱交按金，不像有的人還得線下交按金，我覺得這是對住客的信任。

節前住的，非常便宜，房間超級大，我定的都是一居室的，全程基本上都沒住過我定的房型，都是住比定的大很多的房子，我住的都能看見海，出小區過個道就是海邊，超級滿意，下次去青島還住他家。

很不錯的民宿，地理位置離金沙灘超近，走幾分鐘就能玩水玩沙，帶小孩的特方便，3室一廳一廚一衞很適合一大家子人住，衞生乾淨，房東雖沒見過麪卻服務熱情周到，下次有機會來還要預訂這家民宿！

為方便帶寶寶玩海，選擇了這家民宿，房東很客氣友好，服務周到，提前半天就致電詢問到達時間，告知注意事項，停車場的位置，夜晚到達，小區裏面比較黑，房東又過來領着出小區到停車場，價位低，位置好，客廳陽台的對面就是海，也很安全。
