設施：設施一般沒有牀頭櫃充電要下床到電視那裡充空調老舊
衞生：衞生還可以

位置不錯，去哪都挺近，旁邊就是館陶車站，可以坐青西線路，逛青島各個景區，還能體驗八分鐘的海下隧道，特別涼快。酒店有點老，傢俱有點舊，房間比較小，不過還滿乾淨，該有的都有，一樓半還有個專門曬衣服的空間。缺點是沒有電梯，行李要自己搬！

老闆娘很好：因為當天飛機延誤，即使過了免費取消時間，到晚上接近11點的時候依然致電確認是否入住；辦理入住後，還送了水。我訂的特惠房，雖然其他房客評論室內老舊，個人感覺像小時候住的外婆家，也沒多大問題。這個價位這個地段，無敵了！入住了兩天，最喜歡每天清晨那一縷縷清爽的五月的風，和那一束束透過梧桐樹灑進來的陽光

這條街是德國風情街，路兩邊建築不錯，前台收銀大姐很貼心，看到我們帶着孩子免費升級了兩張大床房，第二天又替我改了房間省了一百多，讓我很感動，這邊房間比棧橋那邊便宜又安靜，離天主教堂不遠，性價比不錯。
