這個酒店注意吧。我定的時候沒看城市點錯了。然後我就申請退款取消。前後沒超過一分鐘。可是通過客服和人家溝通兩天就是不給取消。我點錯是我的原因。如果超了五分鐘不給取消就算了前後都沒超過一分鐘。格局太小了。你拿那白來的錢你心裏能舒服？都説東北人大方。你這真的是無語了

我網上訂了一個房間，交完按金，老闆領我上樓，進入房間後我覺得房間不太滿意。我就跟老闆説我不住了。一共進入房間不超過1分鐘，老闆衹把按金退我，説房費讓我跟平台溝通。最後平台幫我溝通的結果是老闆説已經入住的情況下，不滿足退費的要求，堅持不給退。它家我衹能希望網上預訂的一定要看看房間，再決定住不住。
