We got back from our 7 night stay here yesterday, and we are already missing the hotel and country so much! Everything is perfect, the rooms are huge and super clean, the staff are so helpful and funny, the food is fantastic, the pools are checked and cleaned everyday. I swear the cleaners don't stop! The animation team wasn't a big team but they were fantastic with our little ones aged 4 and 6, we all joined in on the activities. The location to naama is excellent! We did the safari whilst there and we loved it that much we did it twice. The boat trip is stunning especially white island! Wished we stayed for longer than 7 nights. But we will already looking to come back for longer next time! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay AMAZING, I would rate you 10* if I could xx love from the UK

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

Excellent hotel. I recommend! The service is very worthy of 5 stars. Courteous, non-intrusive and to the point. The infrastructure is relatively new. Everything is working. The area, the rooms are beautiful, everything you need is there. The food is varied enough. But the restaurant is small. If the hotel has a good load, then it is crowded and crowded at dinner. Pantone is, on stilts, comfortable, wide. Reef...is. but no wow. Not the prettiest in Sharm El Sheikh.

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

A good hotel, with a nice pool area and a decent gym. A bit out of the way from the main town, has a small beach area. If you have mobility issues then be aware its built on a slope, and if you want to swim in the sea,there are a lot of steps. Be aware of the mosquitos after 6pm !!!

Pros.. I absolutely had a amazing time at the parrotel beach resort. All staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I travelled with my young child and mother and we all had a great time. It was my mums second visit. The restaurant managers and waiters were so helpful. And always helped if we needed anything for a special request. The buffet food i really enjoyed. It was plentiful and tasty. We loved the pools ! Small pool for babys and small toddlers. Bigger pool is also great. Enough space for guest. And there's a smaller pool near to beach. The beach was nice rocky beach. I'd recommend taking beach foot wear. Protective bottom for feet. Our rooms were to the left from restaurant on ground floor. Newly refurbished and really spacious with a small terrace with chairs. We had our room cleaned daily and water restocked daily. Cleaner was super helpful also. I tipped most people who were very helpful to us. The animation team were really motivating friendly amd super kind and great with my little girl. She was so excited every night for the evening kids entertainment. The cocktails were okay. I don't drink much so i had lemonade with strawberry syrup or the hibiscus cold drink In lobby bar. At 4.30 to 6.30 there is tea time english tea and pastries in lobby bar. Which was nice. The snack bar at pool starts 12pm to 5pm serving chips pizza sausages and fish and hot pastries. It's seems to change after few days In terms of options. Along with salads and fruits. And ice cream. They have a snack restaurant bar at beach also serving same type food. Buffet main restaurant time are Breakfast 7am to 10am Lunch 1pm to 3pm Dinner 7 to 9.30pm. Late breakfast Pastries only at pool bar. 11am to 12am. Pool bar snack 12 to 5pm Beach bar snack 12 to 5pm. Cons.. A better variety at the snack bars for food. Would be nice to have ig burgers ect. Evening entertainment where it was positioned I had alot anxiety my daughter would try run off to the pool as its situated next to main pool area. Other than that we had a lovely time and will definitely return again soon.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. I have spent one week at Sharm Grand Plaza Hotel, i saw alot of reviews that saying don't go there but from my point of view that you can access this hotel with no problem. The most strong point at this hotel is the staf, all of them are welling to serve even if you didn't give a tip. Rooms need to be renovated but the cleaners made the different Swimming pools are good however the water is hot a bit. The bars are faraway than the reception the drinks hot and the beers finished by 11 o'clock maximum by 13, and the most funny thing is the only bar at the lobby area is extra charges. Restaurant it's not Italian but you will not feel hungry, only the snacks bar needs more variety. All in all it's fine for the amount that we paid.
