Very nice hotel! We had vacation with our family in June. This hotel is a high level, everything is perfect. Friendly and caring staff, entertainment program during day and evening: every day party, different events, you will never het bored. Amazing food in the restaurant, clean room and big territory

This was my first time in Egypt and not the last one for sure. Everything was at the highest level . Food was really delicious and the room service - wonderful job with towels. All of the people were the best! Next Time i hope to meet the same animators because thanks to them this trip was more than awesome.They made that I wasn’t bored for all of my vacation here and I experienced lots of great memories (mainly during the games or evening dancing). I will definitely miss everyone and i can definitely recommended the hotel.

This hotel was great. The staff And the rooms The staff Are So kind The rooms Are great And also the Water park The whole resort Is great also the bathrooms Are clean. the bar in your room Is not free but the Water,Tea,Coffee Are all free I give this hotel five stars

May 2024. I am very pleased with my stay in this hotel. Good room, great beach with good sun loungers and umbrellas, tasty meal. The food selection is excellent. The hotel staff does their job well. Very good animation team. I didn't want to leave.

Beautiful hotel, very nice and kind people around always ready to help. I had a wonderful time there. 🤩🤗 I enjoyed daytime by the pool doing aerobic and joining other attractions, at night time watching beautiful show. I definitely recommend this hotel. 👌

It was the best resort i have ever been to ♥️ Lovely staff, very friendly, professional. Felt like home ♥️ We loved it so much therefore we expanded our stay.. Thanks to Fathy in the reception and Mr. Alaa in Samaya. It was the best place to go to celebrate my husband’s birthday, They made me so proud ♥️

*Staff was amazing Mr.mostafa and mr. Moamen from reception were very cooperative. chef mohamed ,mr. mohamed and mr. alaa from samaya restaurant were very friendly and amazing Food aualitv and varieties were excellent. *Animation team could be better. *Aqua park not as expected

This was my 4th stay at Jaz lamaya. Feels like my second home to me. Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations as usual. All the staff are making great efforts to keep such a level of quality and hospitality, which I have never seen in any resort before. Until coming back again.
