Novotel Marsa Alam Beach Resort

From arrival to departure we were looked after so well by all the staff at Novotel and by the Animation team. The rooms were outstanding, clean and the staff were so accommodating. The food was fabulous and the chef and service teams made every effort to provide variety, and cater for many tastes. They were also particularly hygienic wearing gloves when serving etc. The beach , house reef and pools were part of a great holiday. We would definitely visit again. Thank you to Abdul on reception for looking after us. Thank you also to Carlotta and Kai from the Animation team that made us and our children have a fun time . One tip is do not leave food unattended in the outdoor terrace as the little birds think you have left it for them... a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a super location

Really nice place, great people and all employees! Food was great, rooms clean and what I like the most it was guiet 👍 Nice place for couple without children. We had access to wifi all the time. If there was any trouble owe got help very fast. I can only recommended this place! And people's working there are always smiling and are friendly! Thank you for that🤗 We would like to come back in the future with pleasure ❤️

We went on vacation as a group of 9 people and I must admit that we have never had so much fun. We were lucky to meet Aya at the very beginning of the trip, who took care of our comfort and thanks to whom we took part in karaoke, artistic evenings, but also yoga and aqua aerobics exercises. It was not only fun, but also professional - I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and I see that Aya knows this topic. Thank you for a great time! Apart from Aya, the biggest advantage was the beautiful coral reef next to the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff.

Well, as for my experience at the Novotel Marsa Alam Hotel, it was pretty great in general and it was nice as well, but I have some feedbacks that I would like to add there in a friendly way as a friend who works in the hotel's fields and not like a guest. First, I would like to express my admiration for the grill and what is served there because every day the taste was great from the butcher section and they really deserved 100 out of 100. Then I moved to the hot section which was also great and the taste was very good. I know that there are not many options but this does not negate that the hot section was worthy of 10/10 in terms of Paying attention to the taste, also the Gardemange in the Salad section that it has is also wonderful. The salad was varied in terms of international and also oriental types and many such as mini sandwiches that were sometimes served with dinner and lunch meals inside the restaurant. Also the bakery section was very nice for breakfast and it deserves 10/10 as well. There is no doubt about that. The morsel of bread was amazing and cooked with precision. The taste was very nice as well and nothing bothered me there and all the things in the bakery were very good. Go to the pastry section. This disappointed me a little because it was not often artistic. There is a lot that the hotel’s pastry department must work on, especially oriental sweets, because they were often not at the required level. Therefore, I personally hope that a little work will be done on the pastry department and the matter will be developed there, I know that sometimes it has to do with materials, but creativity can also be done with a few materials. I would also like to thank the public chef there for his frankness in everything and how he can control Quality and how he is a very respectable, friendly and very calm person. This is with regard to food. There were no problems with it. As for the service in the restaurant, it was fairly good and the stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful, but I have a simple addition that can make it better, which is making places to bring cola, soda and soft drinks inside the restaurant so I can bring them myself instead of waiting. Until my turn comes with the waiter and he brings me coke, etc, Because sometimes I had finished my food and the cola had not yet arrived, but that is no problem. I hope this point will be worked on. Also outside next to the coffee making machine there is a juice machine with two types of juice and there is a third drawer that is empty. In my opinion, if this drawer is added with water It will be very good instead of taking myself from outside and entering the restaurant to get water and coming back again, so the water will be next to me and I will not have to take a long time in this. As for the room, it was beautiful and clean and the air conditioner was working great there, and also the house keeping were wonderful people, but What I don't know is how a person can only have two sma

My recent stay at novorel was a delightful surprise. The friendly staff greeted me warmly and offered insightful local recommendations. My room, though cozy, was well-appointed with a comfy bed and luxurious amenities. The hotel's true star was its location. Nestled on a quiet street, it offered tranquility yet remained close to the city's buzz. Delicious breakfast (if included) fueled my daily adventures. While minor details like soundproofing could be improved, they didn't overshadow the positives. This charming hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, personalized service, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing and delightful stay.

I and my family enjoyed our vacation in this relaxing resort My special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Baiomy,food and beverage manager, for his kindness, welcoming smile and continuous supervision on all bars and restaurants. Check in was very fast, thanks to Mr. Mohammed Khamis, who chose me a very nice pool view room in the middle of resort, with comfort bedding, clean sheets, clean wide bathroom and nice ground garden balcony with pool view. Billman, Mr. Moustafa, who carried my luggage was very polite and show me all renewals in resort with the club car Pools were Very clean, i liked the indoor pool especially during hot sunny hours to avoid direct sunlight, also i liked pool with the bar inside it with nicely refreshing cocktails and Ice cream. Restaurant was very clean serving many different tasty delicious items in 3 meals, thanks to Chef. Abdelfattah for his supervision. Italian restaurant is one of alacarte restaurant i really liked it serving 4 different delicious menu sets with magical view and soft music and professional service Beach bar was very nice, i loved sitting there especially during the time of sunset with marvellous sea view during sunset Night shows were nice and amusing and different each night That was my 4th vacation in this relaxing resort and sure it wouldn't be the last

The rooms are larger than average and were very clean. The beds were perfect, which I really like in hotels. The whole complex is very clean and the beach is perfect. Due to the reef in front of it, you can't go directly from the beach into the water, which didn't bother us. Care is taken to ensure that guests only go into the water in the designated areas to prevent damage to the reef. The food was good. The drinks leave a lot to be desired for AI. The cocktails are unfortunately very bad and undrinkable. Very cheap alcohol and loveless preparation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Feedback on the service is actively requested and implemented immediately. There really is no need for animation in this hotel, as the guests are not right for it. The animators often do their best with only moderate success. Nevertheless, we would particularly like to emphasise the two animators Bono and Linda. Two very charming personalities who we have taken very much to our hearts. Really annoying was the volume of the air conditioning and the fact that even at the pool you were constantly besieged by people trying to sell you excursions. However, we can only recommend the in-house massage service to everyone. Very professional and extremely relaxing.
