什麼希爾曼啊，其實就是維也納。衝著新開業酒店去的，其實估計就是維也納重新裝修了一下。房間衞浴除了新馬桶外，其他硬裝是舊的。酒店四樓是維也納，5樓是希爾曼，其實就是同一家。有點掛羊頭賣狗肉的感覺。
訂了雙床房，給的房間兩張床是直接給拼在一起了，家庭入住當然是比較方便，但被子也是一大張，就沒那麼好了。

酒店環境很好，出行也很方便，這次入住跟我姐姐和侄子一起訂了1.8m大床，前台很貼心的推薦我們升級2.7m大床房間更寬敞，服務態度真心不錯非常適合帶小朋友的家庭入住，早餐也很不錯，種類豐富，下次還會選擇。

辦理入住的時候沒有説明地上停車場不能停，導致花了25停車費也沒有報銷額度。酒店應該是維也納分出來的兩層？因為用品也是維也納的東西。智能馬桶感應有問題不會自動開關馬桶蓋，房間有個小吊燈是壞的，花灑沒有擰緊，全屋燈光打開還是偏暗，沒有窗户整體比較悶，開了空調空氣也不循環，投影要關掉全部燈才能看清很費眼睛。

這家酒店很不錯，全新裝修，酒店位於普寧市中心繁華地段，下樓就是萬泰滙，周邊吃喝齊全，大堂很氣派，前廳的小妹妹們都很可愛，辦理入住速度快，服務態度也很好，床睡得很踏實，衞生質量有保證。

首先進入大堂前台辦理入住時前台小姐姐特別熱情，其次入住房間是床睡起來特別舒適，最最好的一點是這家店的早餐品種類別特別多，有早茶點，烤腸，自助麪條湯機及各種潮汕小菜，特別有特色。
