I had booked a stay for 2 Nights in Mahabaleshwar. This was my first time in Courtyard. We were in touch with Kapish from the time of booking our holiday and booked a garden villa. We checked in late and due to some mix up at the reception and reservation we were not given the room we were expecting after seeing the pictures online. When neither of these parties seemed like they could help me, I reached out to the person who I was in touch with initially. Kapish turned our stay around from being a sour experience with his mere presence. He was a dependable person in the hotel who we could go to for anything. Furthermore I found out that I made my payment to the wrong bank account and was immediately driven into panic as I assumed that I had lost my money. But Kapish reached out and maintained a calm composure with intent to help rather than what I have seen in other hotels where staff generally has a very indifferent demeanour towards the guests woes. Such warmth and empathy is a lost virtue in recent times. We came to Mahabaleshwar for the view, but made a friend instead. We loved the food in the Restaurant as well. The Rajasthani decor was quite a unique experience and the food was pretty good. Mamta in restaurant was always helpful when it came to our dietary needs and was always ready to go the extra mile. Deepak from the reception was an exceptional person as well, always greeted us warmly when he saw us and assisted with our room change on our check-in and super helpful throughout. I would like to highlight to the management that you have great team at your property and they will do wonders for the guests visiting you. Regards, Abhay
