I booked a room in May of 2022 for Nov 2022 from the Hotel's website and received a conformation email along with other emails. I also called and talked to the hotel to verify and discuss tours and validate my reservations. Then 6 days before my trip, I received an email saying my reservation was canceled. I called and was not happy with their response, they said I could change my dates or they could put you up at another hotel, come hear and we will walk you over. I didn't trust them at this point so I booked another hotel thru ***********.
