A special mention must be made for Henry at the Front Desk, whose hospitality and professionalism stood out during our stay. From arranging our airport transfer to facilitating our check-in and check-out, Henry's dedication to ensuring our needs were met was evident at every turn, making him a true asset to the hotel. Entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its cozy charm. While it may not boast the sleek modernity of newer establishments, the room offered everything we needed and more. The comfortable furnishings, coupled with thoughtful amenities, provided a relaxing haven after a day of travel. Nice room and relaxing place.

While the service at City State Asturias Hotel was commendable, with attentive assistance from the moment of arrival to reaching our room, there were some areas that fell short. The buffet offered limited choices, which was disappointing. Additionally, our room's toilet bathtub was faulty, and despite requesting service, it was not fixed during our stay. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact our overall experience, and we still found our stay to be satisfactory.

The breakfast is great and the dinner buffet good value at 400 pesos. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much hassle for them. Definitely the place to stay in Puerto Princessa.

We had a great stay here. Staff were lovely and the pool was nice. It’s a bit old but it’s excellent for the price. It’s on a main road so it’s not that nice to walk around and explore but you can easily get the bus to the water. The AC is super loud so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d stay here again.

The service was excellent. The staff in receiption helped in everything ( consultation, car rental etc.) Food in breakfast was rich and tasty. I can advice to everybody this hotel

Location is very good, accessible near the mall, walking distance to jollibee about 7 mins away to the airport, cons the room itself is not that new.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from the Airport. All in all a top hotel and value for money

My family is grateful for an exceptional service we received during our stay at Citystate Asturias Palawan, from the front desk to the tour coordinator, all were very professional, cordial, and have excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free big breakfast was a life saver for the all-day Puerto Princesa tours.

Allgoods highly recommend! Staff is very nice and also the food is good ,the hotel is very clean and if you are hungry Jollibee is near in the hotel you can walk . I will comeback here in 2025 🤗🤗🤗

The hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Excellent customer service from frontdesk to restaurant to room service. The hotel though is a bit old and the blanket is a thin sheet. No duvet. But room is generally clean. What I didn’t like was the AC. It was too noisy and when it reaches the desired temp, the motor shuts off and makes like a banging sound that wakes me up multiple times at night. I really couldn’t sleep well. The CR exhaust is also loud.

Room: bare essentials… very far from the main lobby. Services: staff are efficient but not exceptional Spa: needs improvement Breakfast buffet: okey for this type of hotel Ambience: boring I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. It does not meet the expectations when u r in Palawan .
