Very cool space. Good breakfast and very equivalent price. Located in a good place. It's very worth it. Great service.

The place has a lot of potential. The pool area is beautiful and the location is very good, the structure is very nice, but there is a lack of basic care that ends up making all the difference. Basic maintenance leaves something to be desired, such as the bathtub that was leaking, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet even if only using the shower. Bed linen with stains as well as face and bath towels. Wi-Fi speed quality leaves a lot to be desired, making it difficult to even send a text message via WhatsApp. At times there is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms (bedroom and reception area). Breakfast is very simple (really simple) and with some rules that didn't make much sense and even caused some discomfort, for example, my wife and I couldn't sit at the same table as my mother and stepfather, "because that we were in separate rooms." Cable TV channels were frequently dropping (even when the weather wasn't closed). I enjoyed my stay, but the service could be improved. (I ended up forgetting to take a photo, but the hotel's facade is not the same as the one in the photos in the description).

Achei péssimo, pois todos os Voos no dia da reserva de Buenos Aires para Puerto Iguazu devido ao dia de PROTESTO NACIONAL NA ARGENTINA foram cancelados com isso não tinha como chegar na cidade, e o Hotel não teve sensibilidade diante desse acontecimento de cancelar a reserva ou realocar em outra data. Mesmo em contato com o Hotel e explicando o fato diversas vezes não levaram em consideração, não recomendaria jamais este Hotel. Muito péssimo o atendimento.

It is a very nice, very ugly hotel. We had a super spacious triple room but with uncomfortable pillows, mini towels, a wet bathroom with a very poor quality shower curtain in which rainwater leaked. The amenities such as soap and shampoo are also of very poor quality. The staff's attention is not good, they are not friendly and you can only check in at exactly 2pm. Breakfast is homemade, rich and varied with a wide variety of foods. It has a very large pool and borders a section of jungle in the background.

I have had a terrible experience at this hotel. My reservation was from December 17 to 19, 2023. Due to the storm that occurred in Buenos Aires and due to which a plane overturned at the airport, all flights were canceled. Because of this I lost one night of accommodation. We asked the hotel for support to allow us to deliver the room late and their response was THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I was not given an adequate response since they are providing a service to tourists, they have terrible customer service. I arrived stressed after a crazy day due to the cancellation of the flight, I filled the tub and found yellowish and foamy water, it made me quite sick, they probably recycle the water and it is the one they offer you to bathe in. The next morning at breakfast my husband served himself a coffee with milk, when he tried it he had to spit out, the milk cut and spoiled. Giving the impression that they do not take care of the food. We paid 63 USD per night and for the price it left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend this accommodation at all
