Good location, good health, good service, this is the second time to stay. The front desk arranged a quiet room for me, spent three pleasant nights here, and extended the time to 2 pm on the day of check-out. It was a very user-friendly hotel. I like it very much and recommend it.

I stayed here for a couple nights and the hotel is in very good shape, everything still smells new. The location isn't really good, there's literally nothing around, you will need an Uber to go anywhere. Never take a taxi in Chile!!! They will totally rip you off. Front desk people isn't friendly or welcoming at all but I think that's everywhere in Chile.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, the staff and the description, very sympathetic. Clean and offers the basics, without luxury. For the benefit cost is great.

The hotel is not bad, it is not good or even enough, there are many faults that hurt the stay. In the room I stayed I didn't get Wi-Fi, it was 5 days I stayed there to go to the area near the reception (outside the building, where there are seats, near the reception inside there is no place to sit) to have the minimum signal. I complained and asked for a solution more than four times and with different staff, the explanation was that they had problems in the modem of that area (my room and breakfast area) and that would be repaired the next day, at no time. They even promised me a change of room that was impossible to do, and for the wi-fi networks they took the room they didn't give me the password, and even explain why not. The breakfast was not good, even more for the Brazilians. First, the breakfast dynamics were not well explained. Basically, you leave your room, sit on one of the tables and wait for one of the officials to bring the meals. You are not asked about what you would like or much less informed about the options, it is not self-service as in Brazil. Secondly, every day there are variations of the same things: sandwich, a fruit plate, half a cup of yoghurt, a small portion of cereal, a juice and vc can be used for coffee or tea. The staff are very educated, the bathrooms are not bad, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is very good.

What a fabulous Hostel. The staff and volunteers offered tips and suggestions for a wonderful time in Santiago. Each guest gets an individual tour of the Hostel upon arrival, so you know where everything is straight away. I would like to mention some of the staff by name as they provided me with a terrific experience. They were Mario, Claudio, Basti, Santi, and the volunteers Julius, Stefan, Pascal. The people I met were all very friendly and both the Xmas and New Years Eve parties were a fabulous experience. I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOSTEL AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
